The worst Captain Ds I have ever been in. The service was awful and the food was even worse. The first words out of the person taking our order was she couldn’t wait to go eat her Whopper. Then after finally getting our food ordered and waiting 20 minutes for it. The entire order was messed up. We ordered 2 Cajun catfish sandwiches that came out regular. Then my fish and shrimp dinner was suppose to be herb and lemon flavor was so bad I just threw it away.

Ordered a fish meal sandwich and fries The lettuce is literally rotten. Green is slime rest is dried leaves. Called manager in hope to prevent anyone else eating the spoiled lettuce He couldn’t hear me after telling him the problem I hung up but I could only hear my name Called back got voice mail I have pictures but don’t know how to add

Worst service! My food was not right. When I told her when she brought the food she said yes it is the batter is just a little thicker.. we were missing part of my sons meal that had to be cooked we ordered it all together. Then the employees started talking from the door to behind the counter about another employee who didn't do what he was suppose to do and was allowed to leave. This is unacceptable in a place of business. We will not be visiting this location again.

The worst meal we have ever had at a Captain D'S. Our fish was cold, the fries barely warm. The lemonade was fruit punch (no sign). I wanted the lobster roll special but was told it would be a 10 minute wait. This is at 4:30 in the afternoon before the dinner rush has even started! I didn't appreciate that the medium drinks were $3. Bumped our 2 special 5.99 meals up to $20 total.

Ordered our food at 7:37pm and didn't receive our food for over 30 minutes the fries were cold and we still didn't get all of our food the breading was way to thick on the catfish and the cheese on the brocoli and cheese wasn't even melted. Cashier then proceeded to argue that the breading on the catfish that my mother alway orders is the same

Order taker was running front and drive only saw 2 employees. Atmosphere was as any Captain Ds. $24 dollars and the food was very small portions. This did not include drinks. I haven’t eaten at captain Ds in years and probably want again. Too expensive for what portions you get. Fish isn’t as good as I remember. The fillets were about as big around as a wiener. Hush puppies were good fries were not hot but ok. Ordered a bake potato and there was no sour cream or butter. You didn’t have to ask for it in the past so maybe it was my fault for assuming they automatically would give. If you want a snack it’s ok but if you’re really hungry go eat Mexican for the same price and not leave hungry!

Ordered online. Said 15 minutes. Took me about 20min to get here. They said pull to the curb pick up cause it ain't ready. Been sitting here for about 15min now and nothing!!!! Drive thru is great and never had a problem with dine in. Do not order online!!!!

Lady working was obviously stressed out trying to do everything. Food was okay but all of the drinks in the soda fountain tasted funny and the tea was empty.
