My husband and I recently ordered 1/2 cow from Capital Farms. We took a chance never trying their beef and decided for the price it was a chance we wanted to take, we could have ordered any size box but thought why not go big. The experience from the start with the easy online ordering process to getting a text message an hour before delivery was excellent. All the meat was nicely packed and ready to put in our freezer . And let me just say the steaks we cooked were amazing! They were super tender and had the best flavor. I will continue buy my beef from Capital Farms. I highly recommend them and encourage everyone to support your local farmer.

I recently visited Capital Farms in Wickenburg, Arizona, home to the CF Butcher Shop & Capital Kitchen, and though I haven't had the chance to purchase any of their beef products yet, my lunch experience there was certainly a delight. The highlight of my meal was the hamburger, which stood out for its delicious taste. The bun, though slightly oversized compared to the beef patty, was still a great complement to the meal. I did find myself wishing the beef patty was a bit thicker, but overall, the quality was impressive.

While they don’t offer fries, their handmade chips were a very good alternative. It’s evident that Capital Farms aims to create a tasting experience that encourages visitors to explore their range of beef products. The on-site market is a charming feature, offering a variety of items such as beef, jerky, and other accoutrements.

The seating arrangement at Capital Farms adds to its charm, with a few tables inside and some outdoor seating, making it a fantastic addition to Wickenburg. It's more than just a place to eat; it's a destination for those who appreciate good food in a welcoming atmosphere. Highly recommended for a visit, whether you're there to dine or to explore their market offerings!

What I ordered described as 6-12 ounce sirloin steak (2 per pack) seems a bit deceptive. In my OPINION, it should say 12-6 ounce (2 per pack). You are getting ZERO 12 ounce steaks. Your effective cost for 4.5 pound of sirloin will be $17.55/pound ($79). Certainly not a great price. The steak tastes fine. People at the company seem to be decent. I guess I'm the idiot for thinking I'm getting 12 ounce steaks when it says 12 ounce steaks. Obviously, had I looked closer it DOES say 72 ounces. Oh well, live and learn. I included an apple in the picture as a reference to the size and THIS pack was one of the larger ones. I found the VALUE to be overall poor. But I got what I ordered and it was packed fairly well.

Dear Hunter,

I want to THANK YOU for your EXCELLENT Customer Service and KINDNESS.

I was going to cook my 93-year old Dad a Christmas feast as I had not made a Christmas dinner since 2016.

On December 23rd I called asking if you had a 2-3 rib prime rib left...my request was very "last minute".
Turns out you only had one 7-rib prime rib left.
I asked if you could cut the 7-ribber in half and you kindly obliged.
When I picked up the prime rib you proceeded to patiently write down the cooking instructions for me step by step on a piece of butcher paper even though you now had a line of customers forming to pay for their items.

The prime rib turned out PERFECTLY !!
It was DELICIOUS !!
You made me and a 93-year-old VERY HAPPY !!

I will NEVER FORGET how you made me feel on that day.
You were so nice and patient and very kind.

You have a CUSTOMER FOR LIFE !!
