Horrible experience with this company. They are impossible to get ahold of when working with them. They did my roof in september and then didn’t get gutters on until JANUARY. Apparently, benton went out of the country and just left us with no gutters for 4 months. They also left a huge mess on our property. And it is now May and our roof is buckling. The claim “lifetime warranty” but again it’s impossible to reach them. Horrible experience.

These guys know insurance restoration! They fully audited my insurance adjustment and made appeals on my behalf for a more thorough restoration. After attaining a much better claim adjustment, they let us take our time totally redesigning our exterior. Thanks to their team our house got an amazing makeover. New siding that was exactly what we were looking for as well as new roof, gutters and down spouts. We couldn't be happier with the end result. Highly recommend!

They are working on our apartment building and garages we couldn't be outside with them we had over hundred nails we picked up so our 2 year old or other kids wouldn't step on it. One of the workers almost hit my vehicle when I got home from work. They don't clean up there mess until it's dark which means how are you supposed to pick up all the nails your throwing off

To make matters worse, Capital Exteriors displayed a complete lack of accountability. When confronted with the numerous issues and concerns, they deflected blame, made excuses, and refused to take responsibility for their mistakes. It was clear that they prioritized profit over customer satisfaction, leaving me feeling cheated and taken advantage of.

In conclusion, I strongly advise anyone considering Capital Exteriors to steer clear of this company. Their poor customer service, substandard workmanship, and lack of accountability make them an unreliable and untrustworthy choice for any home improvement project. Save yourself the headache, frustration, and financial loss by seeking out a reputable and reliable contractor instead.

I contacted them about getting our roof done during our escrow process and the short deadline we had. I got a fast kind response and they were out in 3 days and done in 2! Work was clean and done amazing! Thank you and will always use and recommend you!

The owner dragged us along for a year in a half telling us they would do the job on our roof but they never did while water was leaking into our house.
