We loved the location; it was close to stores and restaurants and was a short drive to Tulsa. The property was set back from the street, which meant there was no road or traffic noise. The nights were quiet, and we slept well in a comfortable bed. My husband brought his laptop and got an excellent connection with the free wi-fi. Loved the full-size refrigerator and the rest of the kitchen appliances. And best of all, the price was right. We will definitely stay here again and recommend this location to friends and family.

I loved being at this hotel, It's quite, peaceful, clean, and the staff here are very, Helpful, Courteous, Kind, and Nice. The location is a good location. You have all the Eatery Restaurants, Walmart, Shopping Outlets, anything you could possibly want is here. The rates are reasonable rates, they have a nice set up with the Kitchenette, Full Refrigerator, Pots, Pans and Dishes. A Big Nice Fluffy Bed. Amazing....

Terrible stay. Had to stay here because my job had a contract with them. In over a month of staying here, I never had a good night's sleep.

Fire alarms going off, kids running up and down the halls, dogs barking at 2am. And the excessive and constant smell of weed. Twice I went to the front desk to get snacks, and both times the girl working just left work with no attendant on duty. Apparently the GM is never around either because she manages other hotels.

This hotel is the DIRECT result of lack of TLC. And for the price they charge, you can do better.

the rooms are in desperate need of update and repair. our room had the communications box falling off the wall, there was very clear water damage to the floor by the dishwasher, numerous holes and bad maintenance/repairs in the room and facility. front desk staff are not at all friendly nor honest, management only cares about getting credit card information and not one bit about guest experience.
as an IHG platinum member, there is a level of excellence that a person SHOULD expect. this facility has NONE! the front desk guy is borderline rude and has no customer service skills (unless lying and being condescending are ones). he failed to acknowledge platinum status and failed to ask about amenity... i even said after he checked us in.. "since you failed to ask, i want my amenity points" to which he grunted and glared at me.
the afternoon girl, was very dismissive when my wife reported that a washing machine seemed to be leaking... she acted like she had no idea what to do,. yet when we returned several hours later, the machine had been marked as "not working" and most of the water had been cleaned up. not once did she even think to say thank you for letting her know.
the front desk guy told me that there was no manager on site and no supervisor, he even said he was the only supervisor there... yet after the phone call. an hour or so later a female who claimed to be the manger was only interested in the credit card not my issues with the front desk guy. only after i explained that my credit card in my account had been compromised several times did she even listen to my complaint. she SAID shed talk to the front desk guy. but when we arrived it was abundantly clear either she dismissed my issues, or he dismissed the whole thing.
this has to be one of the WORST IHG properties I have stayed at... attributable largely to faulty management. and defiantly the worst one in Oklahoma.
note to IHG: this facility has NONE of the qualities I (and I expect other frequent travelers) want or demand; moreover what is come to be expected from IHG properties.

Used to love to stay here. Property is no longer good. Desk help was dressed in pajama bottoms and sweatshirt and acted like we were bothering them. Not impolite just - not what you expect from a hotel desk assistant.

Pantry is poorly stocked and prices were ridiculous.

About 8:30pm the TV and Internet stopped working.

Bathroom door has two big holes.

Staff was very pleasant and helpful. After driving many hours we were exhausted and hungry. The staff recommended a few different places that people liked and those that she and her husband liked to go after church

Great location in Tulsa. Very safe with lots of choices for food, and shopping too if so desired. Our sleep was interrupted by someone in a loud vehicle in the parking lot, but that’s not the hotel’s fault. It is on the north side of the city, but getting in and out was a breeze. Excellent staff!

Stayed here on 12/10/24. The staff was friendly. This used to be a nice hotel but is run down now.
The entire hotel had a weird smell. The room wasn’t that clean. The rooms do not have any USB ports. Location is good but I won’t be back.
