Late check in went smoothly. Hotel looked new. Room was clean and our stay was quiet. Bedding was comfortable. Only thing that could be improved was they needed to fix the float on the toilet as it wasn't set right so we would have to remove the lid off the toilet to get the toilet to refill each time it was flushed. Otherwise a perfect stay. Close to the highway and near Casey's gas station which made for easy refueling before continuing back on the highway. If ever back in the area wouldn't hesitate to stay here again.

I recently traveled with my son's school team as a chaperone for a tournament, and our stay at Candlewood Suites was truly memorable — all thanks to the amazing staff. This trip came together at the last minute, and initially, there were no rooms available. However, Sales Director Nicole Moody went above and beyond to help us. She took the time to dig deeper and found a cancellation, ensuring I was able to secure a room. Her commitment and personal touch — including a thoughtful welcome card and snacks waiting for me at check-in — were so appreciated.

The check-in process itself was smooth, even though our group was large and arrived quite late (after 11 PM), taking up nearly 20 rooms. Despite the chaos, the Front Desk Manager, Thomas, handled everything with incredible patience and professionalism. He was organized, efficient, and kept a cheerful attitude throughout the process — not an easy feat given our timing and size!

A heartfelt shoutout to Nicole Moody and Thomas — they made our stay comfortable and welcoming. Their attention to detail and genuine care turned a stressful travel situation into a truly pleasant experience.

Highly recommend staying here if you're ever in the area!

This was the worst experience I've ever had at an IHG hotel. We stayed this past weekend for a volleyball tournament and from the moment we walked in the customer service was terrible. We then went to our room and realized I had booked a single king instead of a queen. We went down stairs and asked the gentlemen if there was a double queen available, he said " yes but you will have to pay the king and queen reservation both because like us someone else might prefer the double queen." There was no way I was paying for two rooms when I only needed one. We kept our king and all just slept in one bed. Then our smoke detector went off for almost two house starting at 1am. The overnight lady was very kind and tried for almost two hours to get it to turn off. Security not her flipping all of our breakers would turn it off. I eventually had to undo it from the ceiling to get it off. It stopped about 3am and we have to be up at 5:30am. We didn't get any sleep and the hotel was unable to compensate us in anyway. Said that " we did stay in the room " as if we had any other choice then to go spend another $200 on a different hotel in the middle of the night. I understand that things happen and if they would have been kind and handled it different I wouldn't be leaving this review. I will say if you are looking for customer service this is not the place you want to stay. I will never stay in a candlewood again.

Check in was easy as is usually the case. Lobby area nice and clean. Room was sparkling clean and on the quiet (back) side of the hotel. Beds were perfect. Great shower with good pressure and plenty hot water. We liked the layout of the room with the bathroom really completely separate. Needed a late checkout and that request was granted with no questions. Then decided to extend a day and front desk person was easy to work with and helpful. This property is essentially tied with Bluffton, SC for the nicest Candlewood Suites we've ever stayed in.

I needed a place to stay for almost 4 weeks to visit family and still work remotely, and my stay was wonderful. We've already rebooked for our next trip to town. The property was very clean, fresh, still felt new. Staff was very friendly and helpful, and housekeeping came every single day. Room was quiet, and sleep was fantastic (very comfy bed). Room was spacious (had a double-queen), chair/recliner with small table was handy (small c-shaped table for one person), and desk had more then enough room for my computer with extended screen along with cubby spaces to put things away. Kitchen offered plenty of pantry space, had 2-burner stovetop, microwave, refrigerator, sink and dishwasher, with lightly stocked with cookware (completely sufficient for my needs) and dishes for 2. The dressing area (not shown in hotel photos) between "bedroom" and bathroom a was nice little bonus space, with 2 hanging rods (one for long items, one for short) and a 4-drawer dresser. Nice that they also had free on-site washers and dryers (and worked well). Couldn't beat location: 5 minutes (or less) to Tulsa Hills, 5-10 to the outlet mall, 15 to Gathering Place, 20-ish to downtown. Highly recommend especially for the price-point!

Stayed here for a short night. I arrived at around 11 pm, checked in quick and efficiently with very nice staff. Lots of snack and drink options available for purchase in the lobby. The room is extremely nice with a full kitchen (complimentary water would have been nice) and the bed is comfortable too. The big negative I had was the very low water pressure in the shower and it also took quite a while to get warm water. Otherwise, very nice property!

We stayed here because of soccer tournament requirements and I hope we don’t have to again anytime soon. First of all, when you walk in, it smells like raw sewage. We were told it’s because of the nearby construction but they didn’t try to help with air fresheners or a fan or anything. Then they booked three of us into a king room even though we booked a double and were not helpful in finding a solution.

They had no food in their bar because their chef quit, no way to wipe off sweaty equipment in their bare bones fitness room and the lights kept turning off while I was working out. They also only have a single elevator and it takes forever.

The one plus is location if you have to go to the nearby soccer complex but that’s it.

I would like to thank housekeeping. They are superior. The laundry room was spotless. Maintenance keeps the lights and equipment enjoyed by the hotel clientele working efficiently. Thank you.
Customer Service made us feel like a part of their family. We are always greeted with a smile. They are interested in how you are and if you are satisfied. We would like to encourage anyone needing a hotel to visit Candlewood Suites. They are close to Hwy 75 and shopping.
