The bed was very comfortable and the sheets were soft. I liked having a kitchen with stovetop. Staff was friendly and helpful. The room was clean, however there weren't enough (or not large enough) trash bins, considering cleaning service only comes once per week. They need either larger bins in the rooms, or a large bin on each floor for pizza boxes, other large items. Also, $4 for a standard sized water bottle is WAY overpriced! The other available items are similarly overpriced. You're paying dearly for convenience!

Save your money. Had a relatively simple issue that could have been dealt with. Front desk simply ignored our problem and said the manager wouldn’t be in until Monday. No willingness to address the issue at all during our stay. They simply washed their hands from it and pointed to the manager. Clearly a tactic trying to absolve themselves. We were told that we would receive a call on Monday from the manager. That didn’t happen either. When we wrote a poor review, we finally got an email. The manager indicated that he knew nothing about it (his staff lied to us) Didn’t help much either. Initially, we got the “standard response” and then eventually, the “manager” said he sent his “engineers” to the room to look at the issue and there were none. They provided no solutions while we were there and provided no kind or apologetic gesture once we left. I’m certain IHG doesn’t do business this way but the hotel staff and management at this location certainly does. Drive down the road and find something else.

Old hotel but well maintained. The room and bathroom are spotlessly clean.

Our twin beds are very comfortable as well as the pillows.

The kitchen came with large fridge, stove , kitchen utensils, microwave and dishwasher. But they didn’t provide a sponge to wash dishes.

The washer and dryer are free to used. Just need to buy the laundry detergent. This hotel provide a laundry detergent too only for $2.

This hotel hold $75 for deposit but they will automatically release the deposit after we check out.

Nothing to complain about, we are happy with our stay.

Would recommend and intend to use this facility again. The room was spacious, desk staff friendly and caring, shower worked well, and towels and bedding were comfy and more than adequate. This is right off of the freeway, near many places to eat, drink and shop, and really worked well for our family-visit needs.

Room was great, clean, and layer out we. The front desk both checking in and out were great and kind. The coffee and creamer select was nice. For pantry well stock and great variety to choose from. I did not use the other facilities but they appeared great and available.

The following words describe the overall condition.

Broken, torn, ripped, rusty, water damage/mold, separation of the mirror, missing photo, needs painted, finish missing on cabinets, tub/shower surround broken…Etc.

The condition of this room is not an acceptable accommodation for my hard earned money or my family’s comfort. We have never experienced this with one of this brand hotels.

I have photos for proof and I am happy to share them with the management team.

Excellent confortable, staff was livery helpful and nice, room was clean and comfortable. I would decently stay here again and recommend it to others. It is in a very good location close to restaurants and shopping.

Multiple broken items along with finishes on furniture and doors worn, fabric on chair, torn and ripped, rust on metal fixtures, mold, and water damage under the sink, tile/bathroom, surround broken, mirror in the bathroom separating… TV remote was disgusting and had not been cleaned. Lots of odors/smell from the time we got on the elevator all the way to our room and in our room. Could use better quality towels.
