I've never experienced a hotel with a financial system like this. Regardless of the fact that my room was booked through the app with my card on file, I had to run my card through a reader upon check-in. My statement showed the charge for a full week in pending, as per usual, but then a day later, my card was charged a second time for nearly the full amount which put it into overdraft.

I had to extend my stay, and so when I went to

check out/check in, since my credit card didn't have enough money, I used my debit card. I thought, maybe it's different if I used a different card than the one on file. But I was wrong. When I checked my account, a charge for $1000+ was pending, but so was one for over $900.

I spoke with the manager and was told the first charge is pre-authorization, the second, which is pulled on every Friday, regardless of how long you've stayed, is the system charging your card for the actual booking. So instead of it pulling from the preauthorization charge which is pending on your account, it charges for the full amount a second time. She told me that it was up to my bank as to how long they'd hold them both in pending.

Manager claimed the hotel has done it this way for years, but I do not recall this issue when I stayed here last year.

Other than this issue, which isn't necessarily small and is very inconvenient, the stay was fine.

I travel a lot for work this was one or the worse hotels I have ever stayed in. I was there for work for a week. TV didn’t work half the time. Sink leaks told staff was not fixed. Room was dirty. They never picked up trash nor brought me clean towels the entire time I was there. Tried to use the grill out back and it was nasty. Staff were never at the front desk. I have contacted my company we will never stay here again.

The one thing that this hotel needs is abetter housekeeping staff. I had to go to the front desk for toilet paper. The amenities in the bathroom were empty, soap, shampoo, lotion. My room could have used a vacuuming before checking in, if I can see this then so can they.
The best thing about this hotel was the night shift lady. I'm an early riser and drink coffee so I was motivating about the hotel during early morning. Every issue I came to her with was immediately addressed to my satisfaction, usually working if not attending to guest. She's a rare find and an asset to your hotel that I don't run into very often. Me, every week a different city, state.

Staff was absolutely nice and friendly and I felt right at home. I will definitely return for a nice getaway. I was able to instead of eating out. Everything was on site. I was able to complete work before work.

Hotel is a great place to stay. Staff is friendly and hotel isclean. Coffee is 24/7. The night auditor is the hardest working stall member I encountered, always working whether it's cleaning the floors or helping a guest, she is working, very pleasant to deal with. All hotels want an employee like her.

The first room has a dirty sock in the room which told me it wasn't clean. The second room had so much hair in the drain it wouldn't drain. Thankfully the night clerk took care of it.

I’ve stayed here before, and once again it was a very pleasant stay. Clean rooms, helpful service, and a good enough gym. There were a few dumbbells missing from the rack, but other than that it was plenty sufficient. Would stay again

Great place with very nice rooms. The staff was extremely helpful and polite. I would definitely stay there again.
