We were only in town for the night. this location is right off the freeway and it was a pretty quick commute to the city and to our concert. The room was decent size and comfy, there was no noisy people running up and down halls. it was nice

The rooms are currently ok.
But the maintenance seems to be wanting. Un professional repairs.
Nothing too bad yet.
Although I changed room 4 times in a month because of maintenance issues.

I stay in motels over 200 days a year.
I noticed the details, poor maintenance.
Cheap fixes.
Slow Deterioration of the property.

This is typical when you have Indian managers or owners.

They're always very nice, but for some reason, they don't care about proper upkeep.
The walls will be scuffed.
Carpets worn and dirty.
The grounds I'll kept.
Doors and trim scratched dented

I've stayed in places for years.
Then, when the Indian managers take over a slow decline in quality .

I predict that this place will follow suit.
I hope not!
It's good right now.
I would stay again.

I have already written a lengthy review. I hope the owner chooses to improve the overall cleanliness and maintenance of the hotel as well as providing additional service. Seven days to protect the environment and provide more privacy should probably be the patrons choice. These policies should probably be made very clear prior to booking.

OK, so I really don’t know where to begin so let’s say check in was nice. Customer service was wonderful front desk housekeeping were all nice people. But when you go to the cupboard, the coffee machine was down for the whole entire weekend. The walls in the room was, not to mention the mold the mold was visible when I said something to the people they gave me a bottle of cleaner and told me to spray it around it the time that I was there, I was not able to take a shower I had to wash up at the sink because of the amount of mold in the shower . The cupboard café had no food in it. No drinks in it now I’ve stayed at this hotel for four months, I’ve stayed at this hotel just a night here a night there and this is the worst condition that I have ever seen it in. I don’t know if it’s the new change over and people, but this was the worst condition that I’ve seen the hotel in , they said the heat 75 gets cold in Ohio .I was freezing. I had to take the blankets off of the extra bed in the room just so I could be warm not acceptable. I will not be staying at this location ever and I will not recommend anyone to stay at this location .

Kitchenette was great, dishes included for our stay. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Quiet. Everything was very clean and neat. Only con was there's not any options for breakfast. However the location was great, very close to lots of food places and shopping places. Highly recommend

This hotel is in a good location, close to shopping and the freeway. It looks to be a bit run-down and has been there a while. It could use a complete refresh. It is a non-smoking hotel, but the smell of marijuana in the hallway was strong. Housekeeping person knocked on our door when we had the do not disturb sign out, checking to see when we would be checking out. This was very rude, and should have never happened. There is no reason to bother someone unless it is after the posted check-out time. Needless to say, I will NOT stay here in the future.

Our family travels a lot for baseball, softball, work, etc. and this hotel was less than subpar!! First, when we got there around 9:30p no one was at the front desk and i had to call out to get someone to check us in. Then once we got in the room it SMELLED TERRIBLE!! The best way to describe it was it smelled like spoiled milk! We were so exhausted from a long day that we just decided to go to sleep and crack open a window to see if that would help. When we woke up, it still smelled bad so i went to the front desk to tell them about that and another small issue. The lady wrote it down but didn’t offer to have maintenance or housekeeping look at it and honestly didn’t act like it was a huge concern. She must know that the room has an issue with smell to not care! We left the room window open all day and when we got back, no sign of anyone looking into the problem.

Outside of the horrible smell, the hotel is in need of a whole overhaul! It is worn and outdated! And the remote control was so filthy that you know they never clean it. I was so excited to checkout and i won’t be back!!

When we got to our room (in Grove City OH), I found that the recliner would recline, just not go back to the regular position. I tried to call the front desk, but the phone was dead. I went back to the desk and reported the problems. The lady at the desk said she couldn't get anyone from maintenance until Monday (check-in was Friday). Later a man named Gene (sp) came to our room and did replace the recliner and phone.

Returning to our room the next evening, the wi-fi was down and the phone didn't work. walked back to the desk to report and was told, yeah, I called customer service.

To top off the stay's events, the thermostat in the bedroom wouldn't let me change anything, so there was no heat in that area. I didn't bother to report it, why try? We have stayed with IHG Hotels for years and never seen one in such sad shape. This unit was apparently a Sonesta Suites at one time. We stayed at a Sonesta Suites in Cleveland and it was fine. This inn is in need of a lot of TLC.
