My sons and I book a hotel every Oscar night. They bring the food and leave after the show; I stay over. This was by and far the best accommodations we ever had for this yearly tradition. Clean-up was easy and the dishwasher was so quiet I ran it while I slept. The bathroom was HUGE and offered such niceties as Dove product dispensers in the shower and permanent and handheld shower heads. The TVs were large and clear. The furniture in the sitting area was comfortable. WI-FI was fast and there were plenty of places to plug in devices. There was ample counter space and an apartment sized fridge. I was thrilled to see there was even a small induction stove top. My only reasons for not giving it a ten were A. the remote to the bedroom TV did not work (a small thing, but checking the remotes would be SUCH an easy thing to do before each guest arrives); the furnace was a bit(just a bit mind you) noisy; mostly, I reduced my rating to a nine because the diverter in the bathroom faucet was loose (aren't they always?), so I only had fifty percent of the water coming out of the shower head. I also thought the room was a bit pricey, but I loved my experience so much I am definitely planning to return next Oscar night!

The friendliest people you ever did meet greet you, nice rooms as you would expect from any ihg hotel, very clean and updated kitchens and bathrooms. They have great internet, I'm a gamer so that is very nice. Sometimes the staff is behind the wall during off hours, they have a motion sensor set up next to the front desk for the little market they have, all you have to do is wave into the door way and it sends a little chime to the back. Super easy not inconvenient enough to ding them on service since they have already been most helpful and its in a conference center so people are in the lobby area all the time

It took some time to find the entrance, as it is tucked in the back behind the Holiday Inn. The owner/builder put zero thought into how the guests at this facility would find the front door, and have parking available. This facility is equivalent to the "red headed step-child" of the Holiday Inn! The bed was fine, I could hear the room next door's TV! There are MANY other places to stay within walking distance of this property!

I am a business traveler and by some great fortune I managed to stumble upon this most beautiful Candlewood property that I have ever experienced. The staff was amazing, the rooms had plenty of space and the hotel was brightly lit and very clean. Only if you desire to enjoy a pleasant night of rest in an area that is very close to some nice restaurants should you consider staying there!!!😊

My extended stay was almost a month. The comfortable room, well equipped kitchenette, and fun Impulse lounge made may time away from home very pleasant. As a bonus, there are many restaurants close by, several within walking distance. Also, downtown Cleveland is less than a 20 minute drive.

Hotel was very clean and updated. It's attached to the Holiday Inn and Independence Convention Center, but tucked away on the back side facing an office building. It's pretty quiet and comfortable, away from the action. The one thing is that this means the lobby and front door are way around the back of the building. Not bad, just weird or confusing at first. You'll get used to it.

Any issues I had were addressed swiftly and politely by staff. I stayed for two weeks for surgery and knew many staff members by name within a few days. Eddie and Joseph at the front desk are excellent, and Christian was extremely kind to help above and beyond. Any minor issues I had with the room were addressed in full by competent and polite maintenance staff. I would definitely recommend the stay.

Had a wonderful stay at the Candlewood Suites!..the rooms were amazing! The kitchenette was fabulous. The beds were so comfortable. The staff was so pleasant and accommodating. Thoroughly enjoyed my stay.

The room smelled like sour garbage when I walked in. I figured out it was coming from the sink. I put a plug in and fill sink with water, seemed to take care of the odor. Toilet roll dispenser was broken, bathroom Corners looked dirty. Just stayed one night. I travel for work in Candlewood Suites are usually more solid than a Holiday Inn Express. The Holiday Inn next door doesn't offer coffee unless you go into the restaurant. The Candlewood Suites has a new coffee dispenser which wouldn't you know was broke.
