Customer service was excellent. This was our 1st time ever. We were traveling and just happened to pull off the road looking for a place to stay. We had great customer service the minute we walked it. Our room was great and not what we had expected. A kitchen with all the amenities, a great walk-in shower, big bathroom. Plenty of room to store your stuff for the night. The room was very clean and the bed was very comfortable. Had a nice recliner chair. I definitely will try Candlewood Suites again. I hope they’re all the same. We were told that this was a new location that had been opened for about a year.

Have to leave a 5 star review because our stay was nice! The staff helped us with a checkout issue and Javier was amazing. We had two rooms. The queen room was cleaner than the king room but it was not bad. Front desk was always helpful and polite. Cleaning crew was considerate and friendly. Great stay!

The hotel was very clean and the staff very helpful. The beds were comfortable and the noise level was a minimum. Our main issues were that if you show up later in the evening there's absolutely no parking and we had to park over at Zaxby's. There is so much marijuana use on the property that our hallway literally wreaked like a skunk and my kids weren't able to use the pool area because of the people smoking marijuana and blaring their loud music. Our bathroom had ants that we had to kill everyday and I'm sure that the staff will take care of it as we notified them of the ant issue.

Our company has used this hotel the past 3 months, A LOT and absolutely LOVE IT! Clean rooms, great breakfast and excellent customer service! Eric has consistently helped me on multiple occasions with group bookings and getting the check in process streamlined while also providing key information on empty rooms to avoid being over charged.

Very impressed with this hotel and staff! Highly recommend!

We stayed here the night of March 15th due to possible tornados in the area. I want to applaud the employees I came in contact with; Javier, Lawanya, and Valorie for their kind spirits, eagerness to help, compassion in the midst of chaos, and friendly tones. Javier did a wonderful job getting us booked and answering all the questions we had. He was super helpful and very knowledgeable about the hotel and rooms. Lawanya did a superior job getting us checked in as swiftly as possible. Despite the hotel being busy due to a lot of evacuations she kept a pleasant tone and friendly demeanor. At 3am I woke up thirsty and went to the lobby for a drink. Valorie was very kind and had a smile on her face throughout the entire encounter. I am exceedingly pleased with our stay here. Not only were the employees super nice and helpful but the hotel was very clean and organized. I felt right at home! Our suite room was incredible! The kitchen was insanely spacious and equipped with everything we needed shall we want to cook a meal. There was a kitchen bar to sit at and we loved that as well. If you don’t feel like cooking that’s okay, there were plenty of restaurants to eat at around the area! I counted seven plus a gas station! It is conveniently located right off the busy interstate of I-75. You can drive down a couple of exits and there are plenty more amazing restaurants to choose from. Back to our hotel room - The living room was spacious with plenty of room to walk around and plenty of sitting room. The pillows, bed, and linens were comfy. I LOVED how the A/C units were connected to the wall and not the window like most hotels. The cooling system in there was TOP NOTCH. The bathroom area and shower were clean and spacious as well. Dogs are welcome here but you would never know unless you saw them. The entire hotel including the room was clean and smelt clean, which is a huge deal for me when staying at hotels. If you bring your furry friend they have a designated spot outside on the lawn for them to go, and even provide little trash baggies for them! Overall my stay here was wonderful. Thank you, Candlewood Suites Jackson for providing great hospitality despite the high volume of stays and bad predicted weather. I will definitely be staying here in the summer when the pool is open!

Room was big enough, but blanket was visibly dirty (food crumbs) as well as tables door and door handles kitchen dirty, asked front desk (not the sweet lady that checked us in it was the much younger lady with long hair)for something to clean with she didn’t even reply to me, rolled her eyes and the man laughed. I walked away she was heading to room, said we had to vacate, the room I said my parents are elderly could I please do it, she said you can vacate or move to different room. With sarcasm, This is a nice place but Some of the employees need a little more training.

Overall it’s a Good Property with clean rooms and nice Front desk clerks. The value of your stay depends on the nightly rates that have luckily gone down to $74-78 a night versus the typical higher $103-115 rate. The only drawback is a High Incidentals Deposit amount which is smaller ($25) at most IHG Properties here ($50) an normally it refunds instantly upon check out at other properties here (3-5 Days). The new Rate properly reflects overall value and you can feel safe here while enjoying your evening.

Positive: The lady that checked us in was exceptionally nice and professional. I can?t say enough about how well she does her job. Negative: The room had dust on the lamps, greasy hand prints on the door and handle, also in the cupboards and handles. Refrigerator did not work.
