We are digital nomads and picked this RV park because of the great location and were surprised with how nice it is for just $595/mo. There’s a hot tub and pet area as well as super clean bathrooms and very quiet atmosphere. And the sunsets are extremely beautiful and it’s walking distance from the state park beach where we can walk our dog everyday.

The spot we were in was kind of tight I had to really be careful cuz I didn't have very much room to put my truck we had a tree that was by our site that was leaking water into the front of our steps for our trailer was. The people we were staying next to were not very hospitable but I needed a place to stay so we stayed there

Labor day weekend the pull thru row had filled up and when last rig plugged in fuse blew in main box it was replaced 1 1/2 hr later then our rv was plugged in 1st and no issues then added rest and when last one was on it blew again they came and pulled meter. Told husband tjat we couldnt have power till rv was certified that it wasnt our rig . Could find someone to come out on labor day and they left us no power in 115' so we moved to a different park with no issues in power .
Not given a previous warning to this to get rv certified or it would have been done . My husband is a licensed contractor and has gone thru rig and no issues . Was told by 2 rv techs its the park not the rvs.
Regardless you dont take power in this heat it is against Arizona law.
Also check your electric usuage as they have the highest rate of electric service being charged.

This place has all the makings of a great park. I would not recommend anyone stay here. I was greeted by a drunk man who puffed out his chest and balled his hands into fists. The front desk was very helpful in helping us move into a different spot. The “long term” people absolutely ruin this place. If you stay here expect to be watched 24/7 and expect to receive complaints on a regular basis. They have people living here permanently that are less than stellar individuals. Don’t expect any sympathy from the front office in this regard. They will defend the long term residents even when these creeps follow you around and try to get little girls to climb up on their shoulders at the pool (this really happened and the guy was like 30 and my kids are under 10). Expect the long term residents to talk to you all about your business as they, like I said, are always watching. The problem isn’t so much the park or the ladies at the front office ( they have treated us nicely). The problem is this park caters to people who need cheap long term living. Which is great and all but you can’t really advertise this place being anywhere near a resort. This is a quick review. We have been staying here a week. More reviews to come as our stay here lasts until the end of the month. Overall impression is, as of now, is for you to run, don’t walk away from this place. These residents here are creepy and it isn’t worth spending a vacation with them.

It worked for a few nights but our site was right above a power boat service center and sometimes they were very very loud when working on the engines.

We were able to get a single night here while passing through. Very nice place and the staff was great. Spots are very close together but it wasn't too noisy. Has a small dog area, would be nice if it was a little larger. We didn't use any of the amenities since we only stayed a night, but we would come back.

Booked a month, Front desk people, Tabitha, Connie etc all very helpful and nice. We got an outside spot with nice partial lake view. Central location to ride our bikes everywhere. Pool and spa clean and nice. Nice large bathrooms and showers. Spots are smaller, we have 35ft tiffin, but quiet park. Thanksgiving Potluck arranged by park owners/family was fantastic! Great value at this park.

RV lots are really very close to each other. A neighbor next to me parked his motorcycle 4 ft from my door, but at least 6 ft from his.
It appears to be a lot of permanent campers.
The roads are nice, the park entrance is decorated nicely for the holidays. Bathrooms are well kept and clean.
If you're looking for a spacious site, I would not recommend this campground.
