We did not stay. It lost me at the "No Refunds After 20 Minutes" sign on their check in window, along with no signage indicating what it is.

This is a decent motel. We arrived a little after midnight so we literally just slept for a few hours and left. There were a few small bugs in the bathroom and the window in the bathroom had a grate over it which was odd. The window in the room had cut shreds of linen so you couldn’t completely cover the window. The room was accessed from outside so it didn’t give a great sense of security. The beds and pillows were comfortable so it worked for what we needed it for. I don’t think I would have been comfortable leaving my belongings for any period of time. The office person did rent us the room a little cheaper because we arrived so late.

This place is below horrible I had to give it a 1star to writing a review. Actual review should be -5stars. Places in bad need of upgrades there were stains on the bed linen there was urine stains around the commode the smoke detectors in the room were missing. all linens Sheet blankets towels and washcloths were stained and dingy. The carpet had not even been swept from the people prior to me there were stuff all over the carpet. And I did see several bugs in the room. So my honest advice I would not stay there again nor would I recommend it to anybody else to stay there.

I was looking for a cheap room. This fit the bill but I was kinda shocked... Walked into the room and it really smelled like smoke. Half the carpet was coming up, lamp shades ripped and the micro/fridge (which might have made staying here worth it for some) we're just filthy. I didn't even feel safe putting my bagged food anywhere near them. The bathroom was OK, minus the sink separating from the wall and the exhaust fan hanging from the ceiling. My overall impression was that everything needed to be wiped down. Anything I would touch, I got a dirty residue on my hands. I eventually feel asleep after a half dozen beers, laying on top of the comforter on a towel. Woke up smelling like an ashtray and felt sick due to whatever was growing in the air. Yeah it's cheap, but not worth getting sick over.

I stayed here with my crazy ex husband or else I would have never stopped here..It's ran down and mattresses are old and disgusting. You would think it was alot cheaper but they still try to knock your head off then you leave with nasty smell and bed bugs,along with back pain from the horrible mattresses.

Edit: This was in 2019 when I stayed so it could have improved by now,o e can only hope right?

I can't even rate this place one star but I have to pick at least one star to post this. It was DISGUSTING. There were bugs in the beds. My boyfriend checked the underside of the mattress and found many dead bugs and blood stains.

We arrived here after a long day of driving, hoping to get some rest before another day of driving. We couldn't even stay. Instead, we slept at a rest station in the jeep.

This place may be cheap but it is still WAY over priced. It does not offer refunds. So if you think, it can't be that bad and decide to try it, save your money. It is that bad!!!

Stayed here overnight while visiting the area. Decided to try this place. $45 a night. This is just your basic motel. If you need somewhere to sleep it will work. 15 minutes from I-95 but a lot cheaper than anything in Kingston. Room was dimly lit and light over bed was not working. Had to use my phone light to operate microwave. Manager knocked on door. I was so tired I left the key in the door and he noticed my truck dome light was still on. That impressed me. He is watching the grounds. A/C worked fine. I suggest you bring a fan for better air circulation. Plenty of hot water in the morning. Restuarant next door. Didn't eat there but there were quite a few people in there during the evening and the next morning. If you want to save a little money on your lodging bill give them a try.

I needed a place to lay my weary head for the night and this place filled the bill. It didn't have any extras, like no shampoo or coffee, but the TV, cable and hvac worked well enough and the price was fair. One thing though, they had a local motel tax that took the price of the room about half again what the base cost was, but I would stay there again if I needed a place in the area.
