I absolutely highly recommend this hotel! It’s surprisingly a choice hotel so I can use my points here. The room was absolutely spotless clean. The food at the hotel’s restaurant was not bad either. Staff were very professional and friendly. It’s about 15 minutes from carowinds. There’sa bunch of food spots in a walkable distance. I will book this room anytime I come to the NC/SC area

I want to start my review off by saying that I would stay here again. Our trip was extended unexpectedly and we were able to book a room hear easily at a fair price. Our stay here was 4 nights.

The rooms themselves are beautiful. Very well decorated and put together. Upon closer inspection there are a few things unkept like some stains in the couch cushions, faucets, floors, etc.

We were staying here with our baby and we dropped some of her food on the floor. When we went to clean it up we noticed we also picked up a lot of dirt. We were a little concerned because she’s learning to crawl and is constantly on the floor. We mentioned it to the front desk and they promptly sent someone to come mop and sweep.

We also noticed on the first day the room came with only one quilt, the one that is on the bed. We asked for an extra one and they were able to get it for us, which we appreciated since we only wanted it so our baby could have a place on the floor.

Other little things we experienced is the tissue box was almost empty when we arrived and there were no garbage bags in any of the trash cans. When we asked for some the employee told me, very kindly by the way, that she was sorry but they couldn’t because of COVID. She was extremely hospitable and supplied me with everything else I needed.

As others have said the walls are kind of thin. It wasn’t a major problem for us, the only reason we took notice is because a few times it almost made our baby wake up. It also makes you really anxious when you have a crying baby and you know everyone can hear them. It wasn’t a constant problem, very scattered throughout our stay.

We needed to wash clothes during our stay but the machine only takes change. The front desk couldn’t provide us with any and they don’t have a change machine.

The lounge downstairs is very nice and their snack bar has a big variety. The ladies at the front desk were always very helpful and nice. We found it to be in a great location, close to restaurants and only a few minutes away from the supermarket.

We considered all of our issues minor compared to other hotels we’ve stayed at and they were easy to work around. Overall it’s a nice hotel but they don’t handle the maintenance as efficiently as other places.

This is my first time staying here, and right out of the gate, the staff is INCREDIBLE. The hotel itself is nice. It's VERY clean and new. The rooms are spacious and so well done. BUT THE STAFF. Wow. I've never been more impressed. Super sweet people who make you feel at home. I have the memory of a goldfish, so I apologize for not remembering their names. Whoever was working the front desk tonight and our bartender...KEEP THEM and give them a PAY RAISE! I would be so proud if they worked in my company. Great place, highly recommend.

Great hotel. Stayed here as the halfway point to rest during a big move from Florida to Virginia. Extremely affordable and the rooms were great. Friendly staff and lots of amenities for people who are planning to stay longer. The side road that connects building is a little hard to see from the main road and traffic was pretty rough from the highway to the hotel.

The hotel is amazing. It is the hidden gem of Fort Mill. From the moment you enter the lobby you feel like you entered a 5 star boutique hotel. The staff goes above and beyond to exceed your expectations. The rooms are well appointed and very clean. You can't go wrong with staying here!

Th staff is great. Friendly and helpful. Rooms are surprisingly roomy and everything so clean. Had a real transport problem when UBER failed to show up and staff at front desk very helpful.|I’d love it if hotel would share the exact pillow that they have from Choice Hotel pillows. I ordered the wrong ones!

Miss Sharon and Mitchell were the most accommodating and kind people. Definitely would recommend staying here. My two day trip turned into a week and these guys were the best. The entire staff is amazing and are very talented regarding taking care of their guests. Thanks again guys and I’ll be back very soon!!!
