My experience with Nathan and California Cookout was excellent. They catered my wedding in June and they did an exceptional job. The food was fresh, delicious, and we received compliments from our guests through the night on how good the food was. I guess people are used to stale, generic wedding food but Cali Cookout delivered the goods!

We got mesquite grilled chicken along with the tri tip. And the desserts! All so good!!

10/10 Nathan and his staff were absolutely wonderful throughout the entire planning process and our wedding! They made everything clear and easy. Andrew especially was incredible - so accommodating. We had a few guests with allergies and they were happy to have a separate salad for those guests. Super punctual and responsive to all of our questions. Everyone complimented the food. A major hit were the grilled cheese and tomato bisque shooters! I cannot recommend them more! Thank you Nathan, Andrew, and staff! You helped make our wedding perfect!

California Cookout recently catered my son’s wedding. We were extremely pleased with the beautiful charcuterie board for our cocktail hour and the delicious western Bbq for dinner. Everything was fantastic. The serving staff was also amazing. Super professional and very fun and friendly.
The owner Nathan was extremely nice to talk with over the phone, getting the menu planned and finalized, as well as discussing all of the necessary details of the actual day.
I would highly recommend California Cookout for anyone looking for a great catering experience.

Nathan and his team recently catered a company event and served over 150 attendants. Everything from the initial contact, to choosing a menu to fit our budget, to set up, service, and clean up was all top notch! The food looked, smelled and tasted amazing. I felt Nathan and his team went above and beyond. Everything went smooth from the initial call to the end of the service. He was so professional and kind over the phone when making a quote, even when changes were made to the event later on. No stress!

The food was amazing, honestly some of the best catering I've had and exceeded expectation. The servers were clean, quick, and respectful of our space with set up and tear down. Nathan was attentive to our schedule and everything was on time and hot.

Can't recommend California Cookout enough, it's perfectly priced for the amazing service and great food you get.

Cannot recommend a caterer more. We used them for our wedding and all of our guests loved the food. It may seem like your classic wedding catering menu, but Nate and his team really elevate the flavors and deliver amazing food. He also worked really well with us on dietary restrictions (from celiac guests to vegetarians and several in between). Nate was great with communication and the process was incredibly straightforward. He and his team were perfectly on time and managed the event extremely well. Nate went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed for our wedding! We are still eating leftovers and excited about it, since the food was so good. A special part of working with Nate is that he really does everything he can to meet your budget. He has a variety of options and ways to keep to a smaller budget but still give your guests great food and service.
