I am quite disappointed with my recent gel manicure and pedicure. While the pedicure was satisfactory, the gel manicure has already chipped on two nails after only two days. Given the cost of the service, I expected better longevity and quality, especially considering it was a gel application. I live out of town, otherwise I would request a repair.

Went in today for a fill. This is my third time getting a fill there. I was charged $46 for a fill. Not sure why since the pricing on the wall clearly is not $46. I think it said $26. I wasn't charged that much last month or the month before. The person that did my nails did a job. I knew I was getting overcharged but I still tipped her $10. I didn't feel the need to bring it up because knew what she was doing and at the end of the day I'm not going to be getting my nails done there again. I'll take my $$ elsewhere. Any suggestions on where to go?

I wish I could give 0 stars. THEIVES!! Please don’t support this business. I got a gel fill and my mom got gel and then a tip on one finger and charged us $117 (not including tip) I ran to stop them when I overheard them tell my mom the price and they swiped her card real fast. I told them this was not correct and they just defended themselves. They stole over $40 from my mom after calculating and they knew it.

My nails costed $56. The girl I got took twice as long to do my nails as the girl who did my friends and twice as messy. Acrylic was not laid evenly, she globbed on the polish and got nail glue all over 4 of my fingertips. I had been in there for more than 2.5 hours so I just wanted to go home or I'd have asked to had these removed. Really disappointed.

I go every other weeks to get my nails done and every month to get my toes done, and Michael never disappoints everytime! He pays attention to detail and always makes sure I'm happy before I leave! Been going to him for about a decade and he always amazes me with his talent!

So, i went to another nail place and my nails was uneven and nasty. I come here and Kim redone them. Let me tell you, she is amazing! She reshaped them and colored and also put snowflakes on bother my ring fingers... My husband got a pedicure done, he enjoyed it and the gal was gentle with him. We will come back to this place...

I Visted Cali Pronail On 05/04/2024. Lets Just Start This Review With Saying That If I Could Give This Place 0 Stars I Would But Unfortunately Can't. From All My Experiences In Getting Pedicures I've Never Had Such A Bad Experience In My Life But At This Business. First And Most Important When You Are Getting A Pedicure, Removing Callus Is Always Part Of The Pedicure Itself. I've Never Been Anywhere Were Removing It Cost's Extra! Mind You When You First Enter The Salon And Your Seeing Prices That Are Posted On Their Wall, You Can Visibly See The Prices Of The Services And NO WHERE In Those Boards/Price Charts Do They Say That Removing Callus Is Extra. Its Not Till Your Sitting In Your Pedicure Chair Were Facing Towards Two Pillars They Have 2 Regular Sized Pieces Of Papers Stating That Removing Callus Is An Additional $10.00 Extra On Top Of Your Pedicure... Why Is This Not Mentioned Before Getting Started With The Pedicure Or Posted Along With The Rest Of The Price Boards?

Moving Forward, Upon Having By No Choice To Agree To Pay The Additional $10.00 Extra Because That's An Important Part Of The Pedicure, The Man That Was In Charge Of My Pedicure Proceeded To Remove My Callus. He Did Not Rub Any Kind Of Special Cream/Soap/Scrub On My Feet Before Doing So....But Did It With The Bare Wet Skin (Which I Have Never Had This Happen Before Neither) He Then Continued To Rub To Remove The Callus. This Was Very Uncomfortable Which Lead To Painful Heels And The Sides Of My Feet In Pain. Till The Day Of TODAY My Heels And The Sides Of My Heels Feel NUMB. I've Never Experienced Anything Like This.

Please Don't Invest In This Place, Besides My Experience Its Run Down And There Are Many Better Other Places You Can Go To Instead!
