The only reason we went there was because "bringfido" website had it listed as sog friendly and my daughter had her dog with her. We ended up just taking our food to go. The patio is basically non-existent. Some umbrellas and that's it. I wouldn't return just for the food.
The food was very disappointing, both salads had saggy croutons, and the third item they got completely wrong.

I had a late lunch. Hardly any other customers there. I had great service. I had the turkey Avacado sandwich with a bowl of lobster bisque. They were great.

Was greeted by a friendly face as I walked in. Noticed the dining room and restroom was very clean which I totally appreciate. Brisket grilled cheese was very tasty. Will definitely recommend Cafe Zupas at Verrado to friends and family

Our first time here and the food was excellent! Had the Cobb salad and southwest potato soup and both were very good. Dugan was the salad chef, very polite and helpful. My wife customized her salad and enjoyed it very much. They give a free roll and chocolate coated strawberry with each meal, the strawberry was cold and very refreshing. I’d highly recommend this place for a healthy and refreshing meal.

The first time I tried ordeting catering from Zupas at this location, and It wasn't good at all.
To sum it up, I made the order a day before for 11:15am for 20 people for pickup, called half hour earlier and asked to add another personal item and told them I will be there between 1115 and 1130 and please have it ready.
I arrived at 1120, nothing was ready, and they just started preparing.
This place seemed very unorganized, employees running around, no one knows anything when being asked.
Then one of the employees said it would be another 20 minutes.
I waited. At 1150, I asked for the status, they said another 10 minutes.
1210 The manager came up and said, "I'm sorry it was late." And brought the last item.
I wanted to make sure the order was correct and asked him if that's the correct item, he than said no, that was for a different order. And said it will be another 10 minutes since they have a line.
I asked him what about the last item I called in ?
He said he didn't know.
Now it's 12:20, an hour and 5 minutes after the pickup time. I look at the last 2 items that were brought, and they look like they were scooped by a 5 y.o, all messy, a few miserable pieces of chicken.
I took the items as is and was late for my meeting.
I wrote feedback to the store manager and explained what happened. Unfortunately, I never received any response.

I would NOT recommend it!!!

It’s fairly accepted that no Cafe Zupas in the valley is fast. Or organized. But typically the stuff are friendly and the food is good. This location, however, completely missed the mark. When we arrived at 12 pm on a Saturday, there were 6 people in line ahead of us. Four staff were at the counter in the usual locations- sandwich/salad, soup bar, dessert bar, register. When we finally got to place our order after waiting 15 minutes, the gentleman took our sandwich order…and walked away. He didn’t write it down - just left the area. Another crew member came behind him and proceeded to take sandwich orders from next guests and make them. Meanwhile.. our order basically was going nowhere. Out of nowhere, a manager came out and started complaining to the crew about her car being in the shop. (Totally distracted the staff from taking care of the growing line of people waiting to order.) At this point we finally got to the register and none of our food was there because the crew didn’t make it. The manager asked what our order was and I tried to explain what had just happened. She wasn’t having it and told me I didn’t understand how their food line worked. I politely explained that I did know how it worked and that our order wasn’t there because the guy forgot to write our order down. She literally grabbed the next sandwiches available and put them on our tray. Those weren’t ours- they belonged to next guests after us. When I explained that to her she threw her hands up and said “I’m out- I don’t want to get yelled at.” This confused me because I was never yelling in the first place. Anyways- they finally made some sandwiches and gave them to us. Guess what?! They weren’t what we ordered. But at this point we had been waiting 30+ minutes and just wanted to eat. Meanwhile, Ms.Manager was on the phone yelling at her mechanic in front of the guests. It was pretty funny but definitely a reason why I won’t ever go to this location again. Terrible experience that cost me $35 to eat what I didn’t order.

First and last time here, horrible experience, rude "manager" and disgusting food. They were so disorganized that they messed my wife's order up completely. They forgot an entrée and told her she was wrong when she pointed out that she was missing an entire entrée. Then mocked her about how much food she was ordering ("you cant be that hungry") After realizing their mistake, and adding the entrée, they told her they were out of strawberries and bread, which were the sides for the order, but didnt offer any substitutions or refunds, just charged her full price for a main dish without sides. The dishes were disgusting and the drinks were flavorless. Not a single redeeming part of the experience. Zero stars.
