I came in late like 30min before close & most places would be pissed but they were amazing, helpful & made me feel welcomed even at such a late hour. Daphne was who helped me & I’ve never been taken care of with such care & above & beyond service. She was amazing & even hung out with my service dog for a little while so I could use the rest room. And being in a wheelchair it was easy to get around & comfortable to get under the table to eat. I just had a great experience & will continue to go back to this location! I recommend everyone to check them out!

Took a minute before someone acknowledged me. The steak was cold and had almost a freezer burn flavor. The queso was broken emulsion and not the best. Even the elote lacked flavor but overdone on mayo. Add in some cotija or lime juice and it may have been awesome. Tortillas as always were delicious. This one was a miss for me unfortunately.

I have to say, I am a huge Cafe Rio fan, I would say I got a multiple times a month, and the staff at my home location not only knows me but my family and is always friendly.

I expected nothing different with the visit I had tonight 12/30/24 while on vacation in Goodyear, AZ. I decided to take my in-laws to store 150, so they could experience why I love not only the food but the service. They had never been before so i really knew they’d be in for a treat. We weren’t greeted because there were other guests being helped, which did not bother me a bit because i understand that you want to be present with the guest you are with, and I too work in the hospitality/service industry.

I ordered before the rest of my in-laws to show them the ropes, and assisted them with ordering. I was ordering a salad. The first person I met at the tortilla station, was not friendly. When i ordered i had to ask for cheese on the tortilla (i’m used to my home location asking, and she did not ask), and i kindly asked her to drain the beans. She didn’t say anything and did it then got the plate read for meat. I asked for half shredded chicken and half barbacoa, but not as a double meat order. She rolled her eyes at me and still gave double meet, and passed my plate along. I was a bit baffled but i know we all have bad days, and chalked it up to that and let it roll off my shoulder. The male staff member i met with next was very kind, not sure if he was the manager but he treated everyone well.

My family finished ordering and we all ate, and the food was fantastic! Per usual i might say!

Upon leaving no one address us but i caught an interaction that stunned me on my way out. The female associate who I first interacted with, was towards the back cooking station with the male associate. I cannot recall what she had in her hand but she shoved it into the males hand and with a nasty attitude scoffed and said “whatever” and marched away pushing past other employees. Again i really think she may have been having a bad day, but again as someone who works in the industry, this is not appropriate in front of your customer, or just to do in general.

I don’t typically make reviews but it speaks volumes when someone who goes in regularly not only to a normal location but many, speaks up.

I think this store could do a bit better.

Normally love this restaurant but I have had issue after issue with this location messing up my order.

Today, I ordered a salad through grub hub today and when I received it, it was missing all of the toppings: no cheese, tomatoes, guacamole, tortilla strips or lime. I obviously didn’t order it this way. Literally just lettuce, meat and rice.

Unfortunately, because I order through a delivery app, I can’t choose which location to order from but this is absolutely ridiculous.

I've had great meals in the area yet none from a fast restaurant especially one that had a drive thru. It was almost too good to be true 📸I'm going to snap a picture of my actual receipt so that I can rebuild the same exact Veggie Bowl I couldn't take a picture cuz it was too good to stop eating to capture pix💭L🥣L

Came in tonight at 8pm and was very disappointed with the service. Usually not one to complain but I received 2 bowls, with very raw and burnt rice. Girl at front proceeded to scrape the rice container to get the last pieces of burnt rice, which was basically nothing to begin with and almost little to no meat. I originally felt bad until I realized it was 2 hours before close. How is there no rice 2 hours before close?
Doing customers a disservice you might want to reevaluate your hours and close at 8pm, if no more food will be available past that time.

Delicious food! Great portions. The employee running the cash register was really friendly, kind, and engaging! It was a great experience! Fun to see that they offered a drive through option too!

Walked in today for the first time and was immediately greeted by a friendly gentleman. (Possibly the manager) (Caucasian male, 40-55yrs of age, tall, black apron) He was very knowledgeable and recommended a dish to us which we were very pleased about! We ordered our food quickly and had a great first experience. The food is like Chipotle's but better! Really delicious flavours! We had Pollo Asado burritos, enchilada style. We will recommend to others and come back to try other dishes. I just wanna make a note of the superior customer service we had! It's how you want to be treated everywhere you go. Thank you!
