Was traveling in the area and stopped here each morning I was in town! Absolutely charming cafe in downtown Wallingford, with plenty of street parking in the morning hours. I ordered an egg, bacon, and cheese sandwich on a bagel that was delicious and made quickly. Tried both a toffee and vanilla iced latte which were amazing!

Service was friendly, atmosphere was cozy, and overall this is a place I hope to return to!

I had the fortunate experience of meeting a colleague here for some work collaboration, and my only regret is I haven’t checked this place out sooner! I presume it was the owners daughter who helped me out at first, and she was awesome. The entire staff is extremely helpful, friendly and welcoming. Very laid back atmosphere, clean, and inviting. The drip coffee was outstanding! I’ll be coming here more frequently!

I absolutely love spending my time at Café Luca Belle! As someone who often needs a quiet, welcoming place to do school work, this coffee shop has become my go-to spot. The ambiance is perfect for focusing – it's cozy, with just the right amount of background music to keep the atmosphere lively without being distracting.

The staff here are incredibly friendly and always go out of their way to make you feel at home. The coffee is top-notch, with monthly specials that always outdo the previous month. They also have a great selection of teas and snacks, which are perfect for those mid-afternoon cravings.

Always a great experience! Very relaxing environment and never had a bad coffee there which is hard to come by sometimes. Also love how the menu changes monthly with some very creative flavors. Staff is welcoming and friendly on top of the busyness of the season

I can't rave enough about this amazing coffee shop experience. The staff were so friendly & sweet! The shop had warm cozy vibes. I tried something different from my usual Mocha because this Christmas Speciality Latte sounded amazing - Cookies for Santa 🎄🎅 ☕ Holy smokes friggin delicious! This cafe got my 3rd highest score on my coffee rating as we travel a lot and I like to remember my favorite coffee shops! Thank you!

Okay this is not the review I hoped to leave since I really enjoy coming here. However, if people are preparing food, they should be taking proper health and food safety precautions. The girl working (very nice) grabbed my bagel and all the ingredients with bare hands, grabbed money from another customer, then went back to making my breakfast sandwich. I saw her wash her hands for 5 seconds after she handed me my sandwich (maybe that long). I was too embarrassed to say something, but I hope management takes this review seriously. I love the atmosphere and coffee. But this is way too risky flu season to eat food prepared without proper sanitation.

Kudos to Cafe Luca Bella for great service. The space is nice and spacious, and it has an inviting atmosphere. The empty cups were warm, the single serving tea kettles were cute, and the staff was supernice. I definitely recommend this new coffee shop in downtown Wallingford.
