Louise (and Melissa & Miriam) went above and beyond my expectations! Our wedding was about 80 people in a venue that didn't have a lot of kitchen facilities, and it was to be totally vegan. She did an outstanding job from our first conversation to the day of - fielding my many, many questions and assuring me when I would get overwhelmed. I really appreciated her direct, no-nonsense, and honest communication approach. She understood that we both felt clueless and needed guidance when it came to designing a menu, and she whipped out a fully vegan one with our venue constraints in mind like it was nothing. Every step of the way, she was incredibly helpful and worked hard to let us know of the most affordable way to do things. She seamlessly coordinated the rentals as well, and the day of our wedding went off flawlessly with zero issues. We got TONS of compliments on the food as well, people couldn't believe it was vegan! The butternut squash mac and cheese was the biggest hit. I cannot recommend Cafe Louise enough - you will be in expert hands! 1000% would hire again.

I was tasked with organizing a Holiday Party for the company that I work at and I was so glad that I found Cafe Louise as a caterer.

Louise was so great to work with, always grateful to answer questions. She was incredibly knowledgeable and helpful. Louise remained flexible, and provided me with exactly what I was looking for without any issues!

When the time finally came, Louise and her staff came with face masks being very respectful about the current COVID situation. They neatly presented all the food. And the food was so well received.

Anytime I organize a work event again, I will be calling up Louise and using her again.

Louise catered our post-graduation celebration at Trinity, and it was a pleasure to work with her! All of the planning was super smooth and everything came out beautifully, even during the chaos of graduation with temperatures in the high nineties. A guest phoned her the day before to ask about food allergies, and Louise was able to make her some separate items at the last minute. The female graduates that we were celebrating were all glad to know that Louise was also a Trip grad! All in all, we could not have been happier--deelish!

Ordered Christmas dinner from Cafe Louise and it was fabulous! The filet mignon was cooked very rare so it was still very tender and juicy when reheating, the mashed potatoes and green beans were delicious! I will definitely be ordering again for the holidays!
