We used Cactus Catering for our wedding of around 100 people. Everything was great from the appetizers, the main course and desserts. Our photographers even commented on how nice it was to have real food at a wedding instead of the typical Costco soups other catering companies use. We have had so many guests ask us who we used so they could use them as well. I would recommend them to anyone looking for a catering company.

I am so very pleased with the catering Alyssa at Cactus Catering did for my 60th birthday party. Rather than a full dinner menu, I really wanted a selection of appetizers and Alyssa was able to accommodate that with many suggestions for that type of party. The food was varied, delicious and there were ample quantities. The birthday cupcakes (my two favs of red velvet and carrot) were moist, delicious and decorated and placed beautifully. Alyssa added pretty decorative touches to tie into my 60th decorations. She was responsive, prompt and an absolute pleasure to work with. My guests were all delighted. I would recommend her for any function you may be planning!
