I had a great experience. I needed a luau-themed dinner. Steph made a list of menu items to choose from that matched the vibe, was easy to communicate with, came over and just said “go finish whatever you were doing in there 👉🏽 and don’t worry about a thing in here, we got this”.
I literally left and went upstairs to shower and do my makeup 😂. When I came back, they were gone and everything was perfect. Everyone LOVED the food and kept asking where it was from. Duh… Cabaki's Catering🤌🏽

Cabaki's was the best choice we made when it came to food for our wedding! Not only was the food absolutely delicious, the wonderful staff working the wedding went above and beyond and blew my expectations out of the water! I would 110% recommend them to any of my friends and family in the future. They not only made sure my husband and I had our own plates set aside so we could actually eat the day of the wedding, but one of the lovely workers even fixed my dress for me as I was about to walk down the aisle. THESE PEOPLE GIVE THEIR 110%, no questions asked, if I had to do it again I would definitely hire Cabaki's again.

Delicious food and great service! I hired Cabaki's for my son's rehearsal luncheon for 30 guests aboard a party boat on Lake Lanier. They provided lots of options and helped me design just the right meal for the occasion. They worked directly with the boat vendor to arrange delivery and full setup before we boarded. The food was hot and tasty, and supplied with ample table service. The price was very reasonable in comparison to other caterers in the area. Ms. Stephanie was our server and very polite and attentive to our needs. Then she handled the cleanup. THANKS SO MUCH STEPHANIE for playing a big part in the happiness of our special family day!!!

At first we were really excited to work with Cabaki's catering. Our first meeting went well and the food was good. However, the closer we got to the wedding the more unresponsive Stephanie became. She reassured me that the week of our wedding everything would be good because it will be the only event that weekend.. that was not the case. The caterer arrived late. I was told that it would be served in chafing dishes... it was not, it was serving in the foil containers. On top of the the food was COLD, no one had a warm plate of food. They forgot the bread rolls that were "included" with every meal. We made special requests for the food that were promised to us, but not done. Lastly, we paid for bussing of tables too, but the guests, the coordinator and members of the bridal party cleared most of the tables. We tried to address these concerns with Stephanie and she let us know she would get back to us over the weekend and she is upset over our concerns as well, Wednesday comes around and we send another email that comes back with an automatic reply that states they are closed and on break until November 4th. Over all it was a disappointing experience and after my experience I would not recommend Cabaki's catering to anyone.

Cabaki's catered an outdoor concert event for our party of 10 recently. They delivered and set up everything. The food was fantastic! Stephanie provided me with several menu ideas knowing the venue and the event. The menu turned out perfectly. Pricing was incredibly reasonable as well. I certainly recommend using Cabaki's and will be calling upon them again soon.

Cabaki's recently handled my catering and bartending needs for my wedding. They were phenomenal with their communication, and service! The food was delicious, our bartender was so sweet, and we could not be happier with everything! I would highly recommend Cabaki's to any and everyone!

I hired Stephanie/Cabaki's in October 2018 to be the caterer, bartender, and coordinator for our wedding in July 2019. My initial impression after speaking with Stephanie was really great- she seemed enthusiastic, flexible, and very responsive. To top it off, her prices were unbelievable compared to what other catering companies were charging for the same services- at least $3,000 less. However, for us it was too good to be true. While I believe that Stephanie is a fantastic human being who is passionate about her business, the quality of services we received was sub-par. Communication was rough at best and the food we tasted was underwhelming. We ended up cancelling our contract with Cabaki's and hiring a different caterer. If you're looking for a kind, personable caterer and need something on a budget then Cabaki's might be for you. I truly wish Stephanie all the best and continued success with her business. Just wasn't a good fit for us and the quality we wanted for our wedding.

Let me start by saying I really wanted to give Cabaki's the benefit of the doubt and work through all of these issues to make the situation work. At the end of the day, I had doubts about Stephanie's ability to execute on the day-of and wasn't willing to risk it.

In a nutshell, the quality of Stephanie's services started to degrade after we signed our contract. Her responsiveness over email became poor and on multiple occasions her responses indicated that she did not fully read my emails. Communication when wedding planning is super important to me. I was very upfront with Stephanie about my concerns and asked that communication be improved moving forward. She seemed understanding and promised to improve, but never followed through. Things pretty much stayed the same.

We also went in for two separate tastings, scheduling the second one because we had a poor experience in the first and wanted to give her another chance. However, at both tastings the food was mediocre and some of the intended hot dishes were cold. This struck me because I figured the tasting would be their best effort since we're right there in her kitchen. In the end, this was the deciding factor. I could suffer the poor communication if the food had been really good. But I was not willing to serve what we ate to the guests at my wedding.

Perhaps the biggest disappointment was that we cancelled our contract well BEFORE the 60 day full-refund cancellation period, but Stephanie still asked us to pay her coordinating fees. This felt like a very unprofessional move, and left a really bad taste in my mouth since we did everything according the terms of our contract.

Again, to be fair to Stephanie- she herself is a wonderful person. I really enjoyed speaking to her on the phone and interacting in person, I believe that she tried her hardest to make our wedding vision a reality, I know that she cares a lot about Cabaki's and strives for good quality. It just wasn't the standards we were hoping for. I wish her all the best and continued success with her business.
