What a wonderful spot. Quaint, detailed elegance. We stayed two nights in the ‘Brenner’ suite and it was fabulous! Well appointed two-room (bedroom and living/kitchen areas), coupled with lots of thoughtful touches. Wonderful, comfortable clean bed, duvet. Spotless bathroom with multiple towels, shower, bath mat, soaps, shampoo, etc Full length mirror. Large walkin closet with ample storage, hot tub towels, etc. Kitchen stocked with tasty items such as coffee, teas, biscotti, oatmeal, orange juice, milk, complementary bottle of local (and tasty!) wine, etc. Fresh home made delightful breakfast. Today was mushroom eggs, fresh fruit, homemade muffins, pastries, etc). Living room has inviting fireplace, sofa and TV. Outdoors is a wonderful barn with a complementary beer keg for tasing local hops! Proprieters are delightful, thoughtful and available if needed! Loved this and will stay here in the future when our travels take us to this area (relatives in the local area) . Well done. Loved it! Thanks!

We have had the privilege of staying at the C.H. Bailey House B and B many times over the years and I can't say enough about this enchanting and charming inn nestled in the outskirts of Roseburg in an idyllic setting. We have stayed in a number of rooms here and each one has it's unique ambiance and a full private bath. The rooms are beautifully appointed and offer lovely views whether it be of the surrounding hills, the grazing cows or the beautiful english gardens. Some have a separate sitting area and the Brenner Suite is a completely private one bedroom space with a full kitchen and private access to the gardens and property. The hosts have taken care of every comfort of home and then some to make your stay truly.memorable. The property has lovely amenities such as bocci ball courts, a hot tub, and lovely gardens. There are many seating areas to enjoy as well, whether on the front porch, in the garden, or around the fire pit. There is also a gorgeous renovated barn perfect for weddings and large gatherings complete with a half bath and kitchen area. The C'H. Bailey house is conveniently located driving distance to the many excellent wineries in the area, downtown Roseburg for dining and music, and a day trip to Crater Lake. The hosts are the icing on the cake and provide exceptional hospitality, warmth and knowledge of all that the area offers. I promise that a stay at the historic C.H. Bailey house will be a truly memorable one in every way.

Hidden gem! My family of 3 stayed briefly on our way from CA to WA. The suite was more beautiful than in the photos and Sherry's hospitality made us feel so welcome and comfortable. Even though it was raining we still enjoyed sitting on the peaceful porch with wine and lounging in the hot tub. A sweet little deer even came to visit in the garden. The grounds are lovely and we appreciated the special touches like the delicious chocolates and homemade breakfast. My child also felt welcome and comfortable and loved being in such a pretty place. Next time we will stay for longer!

We have to share the experience we had staying at the CH Bailey House with Sherry....it was amazing! She met us upon check in, showed us the "Brenner Suite cottage" that was absolutely perfect! Fresh cut flowers in each room, fresh baked goods and all of our specially prepared breakfast items were ready for our weekend. And a delicious bottle of wine from a local winery....Sherry gave us great recommendations for dinner options and wineries to explore along with the best routes for a nice walk in the country! It was an amazing stay! The kitchen, bathroom, bedroom and living room had everything we could need or want available. We would love to visit again!

This amazing place truly deserves all its five star reviews. Hosts are wonderful, with careful attention to details that make a stay here perfect. Grounds are impeccably kept and beautiful. Hot tub is perfect, just outside the door. It’s country living at its best with many choices of quiet places to sit and enjoy the outdoors. We had a glass of wine on the front porch, in the garden and while playing bocce ball (not all on the same day). We loved everything about our comfortable accommodations—each room is well appointed and had everything we needed. The bocce ball courts are professional and we had fun playing a new sport. They host weddings, too, and if we decide to get married there is no place we’d rather throw that party than here. Thanks to our wonderful hosts for one of the best stays ever, anywhere! (Sorry my review is late…….I intended to write it as soon as I got home.)

Homely, cozy and peaceful bed and breakfast. Sherry is an excellent host with meticulous attention to detail (trust me, she knows what she’s doing). We enjoyed the breakfast, fresh fruits and the complementary wine. Was definitely worth it and strongly recommend Bailey House. We’ll definitely go back again when exploring Umpqua river and near by areas.

Amazing place. First thing you should know, this is about a 15 minute drive from downtown Roseburg, out in the country a ways. Extremely peaceful, apart from the occasional cow mooing! |If you’re looking for peace and quiet, either for a romantic getaway/ or a place to meditate alone - this is perfect. ||Sherry is an amazing host and doesn’t miss the slightest detail. |The bungalow/ cottage is the cleanest place I’ve ever stayed and was decorated how someone would want their home as opposed to a”just a rental “ |We had a full kitchen with everything you need to cook for yourself. That’s said, Sherry provided a delicious egg and sausage breakfast dish with fresh organic fruit and muffins. In the fridge was orange juice / sparkling water and organic milk. |The bed was very comfy with crisp high quality linens and towels. Bath robes in the walk in closet were a great add. ||The living area has a TV with as many channels as anyone would need. Not sure why anyone would want TV when you can walk outside to the tranquillity of the gardens. Lovely seating areas with a water feature, gas fireplace and flowers and plants. |We played bocce ball with a beer in hand which is complementary from the keg in the barn. ||Thanks and Kudos to Sherry for running a classy business. 😀|She’s an inspiration.

My friend and I stayed at the C.H. Bailey House in the Brenner Suite for the weekend, and it was amazing! Sherry gave us a warm welcome, and was a gracious host for our entire stay. The suite itself has lovely decor, and the back area is a beautiful space to enjoy. We stayed on-site for the entire weekend, and loved playing bocce, relaxing in the floral garden, and using the hot tub. We both loved the food provided (organic tomatoes, strawberries and raspberries, all from their garden); I especially appreciated that Sherry provided vegetarian breakfasts for us, which were delicious. I would highly recommend staying here, and hope to be returning for another weekend getaway or longer vacation in the future!
