This is my 3rd time coming to this restaurant location. The first time it was good, the second it was good but the fry portion was very small, the 3rd time was today I mentioned the shortage on fries and was told by the person that brought my food out, (after waiting 5 minutes for an order that I was told was ready 20 minutes prior) that a large amount of fries was given to me……lies! To top it all off there was something in my fries that I can’t identify and the fries tasted old! Needless to say I will not return to this location. I’m huge on customer service and this restaurant didn’t deliver 🙁 I also never leave reviews but this was unavoidable!

We had a good dining experience not spectacular. Chicken Parmesan very very crispy and fettuccine Alfredo was salty and not very much like alfredo. The grilled chicken salad was chopped ice burg lettuce and hard nuts. Price vs quality fell short. It wasn't terrible but we felt it could of been better.

Used to really enjoy dining here prior to the re-opening. The last visit (after the remodel) the food was not good. Fries had a weird taste (couldn't 100% tell if it was the fries or the ketchup) Portions were smaller as well. The quality and quantity are no longer worth the price. Service was also very slow and the restaurant was not busy

We dined here with a group of 11 women last Sunday for brunch and had a mini baby shower celebration. The service was excellent. Yolanda and another woman that may have been training were our servers and they were super attentive and got all of our orders correct and out in a timely manner. The food was wonderful as well! Will definitely be back. Great experience overall!

This is my first time coming to this location since the remodel. Didn't meet my expectations very disappointed . The fries tasted old & had a chemical taste. They served them in a new copper cup. Very small portion than before. They also did away with the Yukon gold potato's . Those were my favorite. Also the bar tender didn't tell us they don't have the smash burger special anymore when we ordered so got a surprise when we got the bill. Got over charged for total as well as happy hour app. When asked about the price difference. The guy said come on your killing me. Definitely won't be returning to this location. I'll go to canton as long as they don't remodel & jack the prices up. We always went for the smash burgers special ugh 🥵🤨

The food here is pretty good and the service is friendly. The building itself is not the cleanest and has a somewhat funky smell in the bar chairs are a bit sticky. It seems the best choice is to sit on the outside patio which is quite large. I recommend the cedar plank salmon for dinner and the old fashions are good here.

I had a great experience here. The food was great. I had three shrimp tacos. Butch were great my dragon fruit. Mojito was great. The atmosphere was good. My waiter came to my table a couple times overall, this place is a good place to go. The fried cauliflower was really good as well

Was out kayaking with my father on ladue reservoir this afternoon and was absolutely ready to get some food in us after the paddle and baking in the sun. Decided we wanted to try and stop at a restaurant that would be relatively on our way back home. A quick search along the route and burntwood tavern made it to the top of our list.

We were seated quickly, the restaurant was virtually empty (it was around 3pm) except for a few parties sitting outside on the patio area.

The staff attended to us quickly, took out orders, and kept our drinks refilled very promptly. Appetizers arrived quickly (house salad for my dad, Angus sliders for us to share) he was happy with the house dressing and the sliders scratched the burger itch I wanted without having to order a full meal.

I ordered the harvest chicken salad and he ended up ordering the Angus burger (the slider was not enough to scratch that itch for him 🙂 )

Food came quickly and hot. The marinade on the chicken was the first thing that hit my nose and it setup for an overall good (but perhaps a little small for the price) salad. The Angus burger was a proper size and came with a small basket of fries that ended up being perfect for us to both nibble from without being too large that they went to waste.

Overall, service was excellent and the food was great. Menu pricing is a little on the higher end but still reasonable, I think, given the general quality. I would have loved to see a bit more lettuce in my salad to fill it out a bit more but the rest of the items were decently proportioned.
