The food is the best I have ever tried in 20 years. For example, seafood cakes were perfect--crunchy on the outside and melting in the mouth on the inside. The cream on the desert was house-made. The meatloaf was simply perfect with a perfect tomato sause, not ketchup. Mash potatoes were made from scratch, not instant from a bag.

Had the lunch buffet and dessert. The fried chicken is real good, turnip greens and cornbread muffins. The seven layer chocolate cake and caramel cake with vanilla ice cream. The desserts are legendary. Hospitality is excellent we will be back.

Great small town ... great place to grab lunch ... dinner is only served Friday & Saturday. Good 'southern' food ... fried and baked chicken, chicken livers, spaghetti and meat sauce (just like you'd make at home) quartered potatoes, green beans, beans, rolls, biscuits and corn read ... homemade chicken & noodle soup ... and of course a full salad bar. Dessert however is sold separate.

Wonderful experience! From the moment I walked in, southern hospitality was the "welcome". The place seemed clean. Beautiful surroundings on the outside. There are other country gift stores nearby to walk to. We got a semi tour from the ladies working. Thank you for that! Did you know this place used to be a textile and a dancing hall? They also host pictures of the past president and others from the area. The food was delicious and fresh (and I am a very picky person). They host more than one kind of breads. There's a variety of foods offered on the buffet and all the different types were delicious. The price is economical and there is a variety of folks that visit. Which is a plus. The desserts are extra. But well worth purchasing. We picked a slice of cake that needed a hospital stretcher cause it was so huge! 😂. I ate on this slice for a whole week. This restaurant is a bucket list if you are visiting Pine Mountain or Warm Springs. Thank you to the staff! Thank you for the true hospitality.

Friendly and inviting atmosphere. Buffet which has your standard veggies which do change a little daily. They will let you check it out which is good before you decide. They don't however have dessert on the buffet you have to order that separately. Which I guess is okay, since the veggies and meat selections along with the salad 🥗 will make anyone full. Then you can take your dessert home and eat it in your comfortable clothes 😉

This was our first time there and the server was giving us a little history lesson on the building and family. Very interesting how close the family used to be and then they sold it, but kept the name she stated. All in all the food is good and service was fast, friendly and educational. Great way to wrap up a little trip to the town. Then she did mention that they had a full bakery on the corner of the building...we of course had to walk a little after our lunch...😉 we were good though didn't get anything... However, VERY tempting stuff.

We went for the New Years Day Buffet. It was a really good buffet of fried chicken, pork tenderloin, and veggies. The salad bar looked good, too! The best part was the dessert. The coconut cake was so fresh and yummy! The building is beautiful and sets a great atmosphere.

The place was clean the staff was very nice , the food was the worse I have ever had.
We went to this place many years ago and it was great
But this time I would not of give my food to a dog
His do you ever make tough. Meatloaf the taste was terrible everything I got was terrible
The salad was good just not very many items to chose from
We when we went to pay told the cashier how terrible it was ahe did remove one of our meals. My husband and I did not even eat enough for one plate of food. Never went back for second never even finished our first plate of food
We will Never never be. Back.
