Very clean !!! Good food really close comfortable beds !!!

When my husband learned he had to attend a meeting in Lead Hill, he asked me to make a reservation for us at Cedar Court Motel. Fortunately for us, the motel did not have any vacancies, so I called Bull Shoals Bass Hole Lodging a few miles up the road in Diamond City. Jake answered the phone then transferred me to his wife, Jennifer. After learning our needs, she made quick work of making the reservation, and by the end of the call, I was really looking forward to our stay. ||While enroute, and much to my surprise, I received a text from Jake letting us know he had turned on the air conditioner in our cabin, left the door unlocked, and the key in the room. Wow! Talk about making someone feel welcome!||Upon arrival, we easily found our cabin to be the perfect temperature for us and clean, very clean. No dust. No cobwebs. No bugs. No funky smell. After unloading our stuff, we walked up to the office where we had the pleasure of meeting Jake, who had been remodeling one of the vacant cabins when he saw us walking to the office. That's where we learned that he and his wife had just bought the place. He was as personable as Jennifer was on the telephone, and I am confident they will enjoy decades of being successful owners.||For the sake of clarification, I have never rented a fishing lodge cabin, so I mistakenly thought the property was within walking distance to Bull Shoals. It isn't, and neither are any of the other cabins in the area, but it is a very short drive--only minutes away, truly. I also was not familiar with the term "sleeper" prior to our arrival, but I fully understood Jennifer when she asked if we needed a kitchen, which we did not, so she reserved a sleeper for us. It has two double beds, a refrigerator, dresser, television, and bathroom with a shower. Perfect for our needs this trip!||If the reader is planning to visit the area, I highly recommend Bull Shoals Bass Hole. You might want to know that the local dining places close at 8 p.m., and the local Dollar General is well-stocked with quick-meal groceries and snacks. Say hi to Jake and Jennifer for me!

Absolutely awesome customer service! They even helped us out with a room on the spot, when one of our rooms across the street was DOUBLE BOOKED! Thank you so much for helping us out Friday night! I really try to not leave BAD reviews, so I am not leaving a review for the other place we stayed. If you're looking for great service with a smile, and a great rate, this is the place to stay! Plus, it's about 30 seconds to the ramp!!! ✌️

We stayed two nights Sunday and Monday and loved it. Bob and Peggy are the nicest people. We got there late the first night and Bob was there to greet us. The cabin was clean and fully furnished, we cooked in the kitchen and had a nice relaxing vacation.

I stayed here with my husband and 10 month old baby and could not imagine a better experience. The owners are very hospitable and go above and beyond to make sure you have everything you need. We also rented a pontoon. They were very accommodating to our schedule for launching the boat and picking us up. We will definitely be back!

The hospitality was outstanding. We felt very welcome here. They were accommodating from beginning to end. We had goofed up on the days we needed but they had room and everything worked out for the best. I highly recommend Bull Shoals Bass Hole for a friendly and safe vacation.

We just got back from spending 4 days on bull shoals lake. We stayed at bass hole and it was great! We had a total of 22 people 12 of them kids ranging from 2 to 14. We rented 5 cabins. 1,2,5,6 and 7. We personally stayed in cabin 6. It was me, wife and 4 kids. It's small but it was for sleeping only. We ended up putting an queen sized air mattress on the floor to fit us all and it worked great! There are 2 beds a mini fridge, coffee pot and microwave in the cabin along with a full size shower tub combo sink and toilet. Our friends in cabin 5 were very happy as well it's quite a bit larger with a stove, full size fridge, sink and microwave. We used this cabin to stock all of our food and drinks for the 4 days. There is a nice play set there for the kids and room for them to run. The gathering area is awesome. It's outside but covered. Has a full size stove (we cooked 2 full size pans of lasagna with no issue) large Grill and 3 large picnic tables. We spent most of the day on the lake which is about a 1/2 mile down the Road with several boat ramps and a marina with boat gas very well stocked store and scuba tank refills as well. All in all when we go back to bull shoals we will be staying at bass hole again.

Always enjoy our stay at Bass Hole! The cabins are always clean, air conditioning is nice and cold, beds are comfy. The owners always make us feel at home.
