Such a peaceful and thoughtful place to get away from the city. Cozy rooms and cottages, beautiful flowers/trees surrounding the property. The Willamette River is just blocks away, with access to the Buena Vista Ferry.

Buena Vista Guest House was exactly what I was looking for. Clean, cute, friendly owner, reasonable and a breakfast to get me started in the morning - not to mention the espresso machine. The owner is wonderful and friendly and it is a very relaxed place to stay. You can come and go and if you want to visit with others you can, but the choice is yours. Would definitely stay again for a pleasure trip and enjoy the area and vineyards. It it a great spot if you want to disconnect, be out in nature and enjoy a bit of a quieter stay. I was in town for a training and it was the perfect spot to have a quiet space without the distractions of TV and lots of people to study for my exam.

My granddaughter picked this place. This is my second time eating there. The customer service is excellent. The food was great.

Just FYI, the place will be closing down (new ownership) by the end of October. If you like this place, make a trek. Not sure if new owners will still have dinners for outsiders because it is a bed and breakfast place.

This time we were outside. I thought it was very romantic with the lighting outdoor. They have a small swing for kids to swing on while you wait for your meal too.

We went there for one of the pizza dinners and music. I did bring my toddler, who made a point to make a ton of noise. Not necessarily the best environment for a child around 2 unless your child can sit still. Pizza choices were unique and flavorful. The music ensemble was entertaining and a nice change of surroundings. I would recommend - just leave the younger ones at home. 🙂

I have been here several times for brunch in the summer. It's pleasant to sit outside and the menu always has a surprise in it. I met the fellow who is taking it over from Claudia, and I think he can keep her standard.

A great escape. Plenty of wineries in close proximity and the Rogue Ales tap house Chatoe Rogue!||You can explore the area from this centrally located spot stay close to the property and enjoy the quiet solitude of the Wonderfull surrounding farm land. ||Plenty of opportunities for relaxing walks, possibly a bike ride or even a paddle on the near by river. If one is inclined, do not forget to hike up to the pioneer cemetery at the top of the hill above Buena Vista.|||||||||

A bed and breakfast, maybe sleeps 6? Some weekends The owner Claudia has dinners, but that's by reservation. Gorgeous gardens.

Such a magical little place! Great food, atmosphere and staff. The potatoes with greens is a must have! ( and the blueberry pancakes!)
