Greetings.. To anyone who's a caregiver never take your parents to this location in stone mountain. This place discriminated against a Alzheimer's patient 66 years old .My patient soiled the comforter they made her $100 dollars for new one. But they never gave new comforter. They made her pay and tricked her into thinking she would get new ones. They didn't clean room after she soiled her comforter. Upon accommodation this place didn't provide the correct sheets twin sheets for queen bed . Everyone should know they treated this property as a prison. It was a horrible experience. They checked every room like we were on probations. I never seen anything like that in my life. Yes ,we left it wasn't fair !How they treated us. Please fire everyone in office on how they treated the elderly. The didn't care if she didn't have a comforter is really sad.

Room stunk like cigarettes. Outside was worn down, the railing rusty. Very expensive for small room which didn't look clean. Maintenance hardly spoke English, were disheveled and rude. Looked like a drug haven, one person looked at us with blood-shot eyes and mean even though I smiled and said hi

There needs to be some instructions to people who are renting these rooms from management. When you have a business renting rooms, you should NEVER allow customers who are renting to use your parking lot like a park. This makes the places looks run down with people standing all outside like they don't have anything better to do with their time. Being LOUD all in front of other tenant doors. Not use the parking lot as a playground. The manager should set rules when it comes to things like this. There should be stipulations on hanging out all outside door disturbing other customers who are renting. Playing music so loud all time of the morning and night disturbing others. Roaches & Drug dealer are walking around like it's a career.

Don’t go here. Staff is rude then will flip it and say you were disrespectful just to put you out. Was having a good day. Went to check mail. lady with blue hair had a nasty attitude. I still decided to tell her have a good day after I peeped her vibe. 2 hours later a note on the door saying I’m getting put out for being disrespectful lol They pick and choose who they want here!

The bed was very small only big enough to fit one person. The bathroom wasn’t thoroughly cleaned. I had to call someone to come fix one of the eyes on the stove and it took days. Our air conditioner was leaked so we called some and he said it was fine it was just going to make a lot of noise. I went a full week without room service I had to keep calling the office. And it still took them two hours to come and clean the room because she said room service talked to someone and they said just drop towels and sheets off. Which was not the case because no one was there and even if it was the towels and things requested still wasn’t left. I was told I was going to get a partial payment back when I check out but I didn’t.

Very old, look like the room hadn't been cleaned, was missing all the inseual, towels, cups, coffee etc...When I asked for towels for the room, I felt like the front desk guy acted like I was lying about the room conditions. Also this place and area of hotel didn't feel safe, because the building was surrounded by a gated fence. Plus this hotel I belive took advantage of the pricing, this hotel normally charge 39.00, but I suppose due to the holiday, and everything was pretty much taken up elsewhere, they charged 100.00. I wouldn't recommend this hotel to my friends or family.

The staff and security were nice and they show you what the guest room looks like but not the room you will be staying in. This motel had some shady looking characters around the motel and there were roaches in the bath tub as well as the refrigerator which is quite disgusting. The elevator smelled like urine. Needless to say I will not be going back.
