Wonderful budget hotel. Only 10 minutes to Barbers. Staff... Very friendly, room was clean with fresh sheets. Bath towels are a little worn.

Exactly what we needed. Secure. Cheap clean lodging. Excellent room comfort, excellent A/C, Excellent bed, we got good sleep, good shower and vanity. Dirty carpet.

Excellent: service friendly staff willing to help. Free breakfast. The manager made mine. The waffle maker was complicated. They might want to consider white noise in the room to reduce traffic noise. They are a budget Hotel and for the catagorie excellent.
I love that they are next to an unused buissness lot that gave me alot of space to walk my dog Ginger. Big dog friendly environment.

Alot of additional parking on that lot as well. Semi's, motorcycles, big RV's. Just park around the pipes in the cement. Use them as flag holders. If I was a club member I would prioritize checking this place out.

My stay at Budgetel Inn was quite pleasant overall. The room was spacious, clean, and had two decently sized beds. It included amenities like a mini refrigerator with a small freezer, a bathroom with a tub and shower, a hair dryer, free Wi-Fi, TV, an ice machine, snack and drink machine, and a complimentary breakfast from 6 to 9 AM. Additionally, they offer a landline phone for office and room-to-room calling. The staff was friendly and accommodating. Prices typically range between $70.00 and $85.00 per night.

This place might be ok to stay at if nothing else is available and for a night, but I would avoid it unless that’s the case. I booked 3 nights ahead of our trip to Barber Motorsports park to race Moto America. Reservation was non refundable. Had I visited the property before I booked I would have gone somewhere else. At the mid $90s is not the cheapest around and there are definitely better values, I’d say this place is worth maybe $40/night at best. Besides all the issues we had the staff was friendly at least.

My reservation and confirmation email was for 2 beds but the front office had it for a single king, luckily it was changed by them. Upon first going in the room I found the wall behind the toilet and behind the bathroom door (when open) had what was surely dried piss all over them running down to the floor. It was disgusting I had to wipe the walls with a towel. Hot water was come and go throughout our 4 night stay. The room wasn’t cleaned one of the days and no fresh towels so had to go up and get some which took 15 minutes of waiting. The grounds are a little sketchy we didn’t feel safe leaving g stuff in the vehicle over night. Only found one roach during our stay, yay. The coffee in the office during breakfast hours was good, yay.

Older hotel well maintained and clean. Located in a convenient location to restaurants and shopping. Good price. The owner was friendly and went out of his way to help us. Simple breakfast but good all the essentials. Thanks

This place gets a bad rap due to some unforseen problems from some of their guests. It's like the owners have been held responsible for something they had no way of knowing was going to happen. But the owner is an amazing person who often gets taken advantage of because he is so kind and caring. He goes above and beyond to accommodate and help anyone he can. The rooms have always been clean and well kept. It is a little dated but it is clean. The beds are comfortable it located in a good area central to dining and shipping.
