We had a mechanical failure with our truck and came here to stay overnight while it was being repaired. The owner was very courteous and made sure we were taken care of. Room was very clean and bathroom was spotless. Thank you for the hospitality and if we are ever by again we would stay again.

Owners need to spend some money on the rooms, old and musty, TV wouldn't work, guy spent over an hour working on it. Will definitely stay somewhere else next time.

I stayed at the Budget ZZZZ a few years ago when I went back to visit family in the area. It was in the middle of summer and Oklahoma was boiling hot. I was relieved to get to Cleveland to take a cold shower and cool off. I got the key at the front desk and paid for the night. When I opened the door to my room I was very disappointed. The room looked shabby, even dingy. It stunk. It smelled like stale cigarettes and dust. When I went over and turned on the small window air conditioner dust blew out of it. It did eventually cool the room, but it took a long time to do it.

This hotel is disgusting. All the people giving this hotel 4 and 5 star reviews are liars, probably friends and family members of the owner.

I gave this hotel the lowest scores possible for everything except location.

Stayed in rm 104 for two hours until I found bedbugs . I immediately went through my belongings thoroughly and left without any sleep. Had to sleep in the car in a parking lot a couple hours away due to exhaustion. I called the next morning to have the owner argue with me that I was mistaken. No refund and I told him there is a dead female bedbug on the pillow. Last time I ever go there. Stay there at your own risk.

Had room for 5 weeks due to relocation while I found a place of my own. Owner is very unprofessional and quite disturbing to say the least. They would go into the room daily and not even provide housekeeping, very creepy! I had to ask him multiple times why they were going into the room and not making the bed or leaving new soap or even cleaning anything and he would immediately respond something as to why it was my fault they weren't providing housekeeping services. One instance I asked why the bed wasn't being made and he told me because everyday I got there and would use the blanket and sheets so why would they be making it when they went in. In the time spent there, they did not clean restroom once. I found a place within a week and half of the 5 weeks that had already been paid, cleared my stuff out but was still occasionally going back to use the restroom or take a work break since my new place was a few miles out of town and he would not refund, but immediately after he noticed I had cleared my stuff out, he kept harassing me about checking out and reminding me about every other day after that, that I had to check out soon and leave the key in the room. All in all, if you can, keep away from these people and their establishment. If I could rate 0 stars I would!

Great budget friendly old school Motel experience. Rooms have always been clean and comfortable. It is a great budget friendly stay, great staff. It is an older place so if you show up looking for a Hilton you will be disappointed. However if you have realistic expectations you will enjoy your stay.

Over-priced, not very clean, no refunds, not as friendly as they should be running a business. Some phones in the rooms don't work. I would buy a tent and go camping instead. They charge $10 a day extra for a dog and that's in cash, huh wonder why that's in cash and not the room itself. Don't know what kind of weekly rate they are talking about cause $300 a week you could rent a house for that. Actually if you look up vacation rentals houses pop up for rent that's way nicer and way cheaper.

Good place to lay your head. Has some age to it but is clean. Employees very friendly. Great little diner style restaurant across the street.
