Stayed here this last 8 days, everything ways pretty unremarkable. Not too good or bad. Actually I'll take that back there was one good thing, well person that was the woman who worked most days I was there Annalee. She was terrific, I can honestly say Annalee made an unremarkable but borderline bad 8 day 7 night stay at budget lodge experience rich with not only great but genuine customer service which forthcoming would be my only reason to stay here again! Oh and the first shift night security guard is very nice makes you feel safe and offers great
conversation.

The most comfy bed I have slept in, in a long time- but it's not the Ritz. (Lol) Most of the staff are friendly and helpful. The room was a bit scary. TV never worked right, and could not access Wi-Fi, a few roaches. 😵‍💫 But clean linens. Had my carpets shampooed during my stay which made me feel better about the place. It was nice they had a fridge and microwave in the room. A bit far of a walk to the light rail. A bit weird getting there by car, since it's on a one way. No swimming pool, Jacuzzi or ice machine. They were prompt about returning my security deposit, so they are honest. They have plenty of vending machines, but I'd probably do my laundry elsewhere, too many machines down.

Just a warning to those with an active warrant. Do not go here. They work with phoenix pd and will turn you in so they can keep all your belongings and charge you for whatever they see fit in order to get your items back from them. I got woken up this morning to police at my door. I had no idea my boyfriend had a warrant nor did I know he hadn't put me on the room as a guest. I understand that there are certain rules and that they deemed it necessary to have me leave the property but I've never been in trouble with the law and don't do anything to get in trouble. I have a clean record and my boyfriend served 8 years in the military. We didn't deserve to be treated like trash. His warrant was an old bench warrant come to find out for not showing up for a traffic ticket. We were not properly dressed as we had just been woken up from a dead sleep and paraded out front like we had just robbed a bank. For shame I say for shame on the manager and the maid that was working this morning. You have no clue what I had just been through and why we got a room there. I hope that you are made to experience the same fate as us. Maybe that will teach you some compassion for a broken woman who had to leave the most precious little ones in that disgusting room. I hope they give you all a run for your money... because they are quite special.....
All night security was on site and checked on me here and there because I was a mess and unable to sleep. I wonder why they waited until they could throw me out to let me know he hadn't put me on the room.

The rooms look old and need to be updated. The bathtub had 9 big chips and made it look dirty and unsanitary. I was visiting a guest and would not have rented here unless desperate. ☹️

This place was awful, our door did not lock correctly room smelled like crap. There was a lot of shady people outside our room. My wife was scared as can be and no way I was going to stay there and put her in danger. We checked out after 45 min and they would not give us a refund. I was told we only had a 15 min grace period to check out and get a full refund We did not use anything in the room. No I am calling them and no one picks up. Just awful. So now I am out $163 which the room was maybe a $30-$40 a night if that. Worse hotel experience of my life.

We arrived here last minute. I did not have a reservation but needed a place for a night. Other places were full so we stayed. I would not stay here again. The location was good. Right off the freeway. The service I received from the service desk was also good. Friendly. The place was well lit and there was a security guard patrolling the premises which was comforting. Now that I think of it maybe not so much. The room was not good at all. It smelled of smoke, the wood floors were dirty, the beds were wobbly, the comforters looked as if they had not been washed in a while. The A/C unit sat on the floor, the curtain was missing a hook so I was unable to close it all the way and was also filthy. The bathroom was icky. The tub had stains and didn’t even have anything covering the drain. It was literally a hole in the tub. The door didn’t have a safety latch. Just a deadbolt.

If only zero could be an option. I rather sleep on the streets than spend a second on this landfill. Yeah when I paid 125 for one night I thought it might be something at least clean. If everything is booked around the area you’re better off driving further north

Had a full house with some fam choosing to stay at the lodge because the house was PACKED. I purchased a room for them, and was told the rooms were clean, everything seemed fine. No issues.
