I do not recommend this place unless a person is desperately in need of a place. The room was terrible. The ac sounded like a lawn mower. The shower was so small that a normal size person couldn't even fit it to shower. The walls were crumbling. The entry door was gapped. The sheets were stained and no pillow cases. The only good thing I can say is that management was very nice and understanding and gave us a full refund. That's the reason I gave the rating on service.

This place is a total mess. Please read reviews before staying. The white entry door has every fingerprint of every person that has stayed in this room; the bathroom door has a fist size hole in it@eye level & the electrical socket over one of the nightstands is exposed. I currently can not sleep due to this roach infestation. I squirted some alcohol based hand sanitizer on the nightstand & these bugs are coming to get drunk off of it. These bugs are literally treating the sanitizer gel like it's a freaking keg party. These roaches have bullied me to one chair b/c I refuse to lay in the bed. This is just outright nasty-I should have looked@the previous reviews. before being dropped off here from another state. I came for a truck purchase not far from here, but I guess I'll have to catch some sleep later in the semi.

im shocked at how nasty this place is. roaches everywhere. no kidding. the sheets have holes and the guy that i guess runs or owns the place says customers are jot allowed to have guests after 9pm... how they even stay open is beyond me. the price is morr than some of the actual nice hotels in that area. ive stayed in many hotels for work, and ive NEVER seen such filth and nastiness, EVER. please, for your own health, dont stay here. im still shocked you cannot even have a guest past 9pm... im not even sure thats legal to do unless they have you sign something with that rule in it.

I don't know why anyone has something bad to say about Budget Inn ,The room was nice and clean,hot water, TV worked good, I mean it was nice to be able to get some rest and relaxation.

This place is just wow,Bugs on the floor and holes in the ceiling and bathroom door.The floor is so dirty that I wouldn't recommend walking barefoot

I think that my stay at Budget,Has been very nice clean and it's cozy. Everything in walking distance,Owners are nice ,Very Helpful. Everything worked inside my room, No one bothered me, and the price is fair. So I recommend you come by and get a room for the night.

Misleading pricing on the internet, being admonished by a night clerk about having guests, and finally getting a room that doesn't have any hot water. I'm serious that there is no hot water at all in the room that I had. I'm not sure if the owners of this place are familiar with the expectations of the American traveling public but I will stand by the fact that that American hospitality is some that more than likely doesn't translate for Asian people especially those from the subcontinent of India. I recommend that the owners should talk to their clients to figure out how to improve their business and I wish them all of the best. I don't recommend that you stay here for a while until they have had a lot of educating themselves on the business of hospitality

Maybe it was because of new management. But it wasn't what it said on the site. Had options for smoking rooms,no. Two beds, again,..no. bugs from roaches to unknown black things. Crunchy when stepped on ?. Cable barely worked thank goodness for my tech savvy hunny. And they had the nerve for cameras everywhere like sir ,ma'am why?
