Like one person said, was on a trip from Indy to Fla. I was tired and needed rest. The place was a little dated but clean and no bugs ? Was cheap and staff super friendly. I recommend Budget in if all you need is a clean room with a bed and shower

Stayed at this place many years ago, right as they were starting the renovations. The owners/operators were very friendly and as I was a single woman on my own made sure that I was close to the office, and that I was safe. My room was clean and comfortable and exactly what I needed at the time.

Dirty,, carpet, furniture and smelled awful. When I told desk clerk I couldn't stay and why, he offered another room. Not much better. Wouldn't give me a refund, I left anyway and called bank to request they refuse payment. They will take care of it. Had to choose a star rating to post. Didn't have negative ones. One star for crappy attitude.

I stayed there on the 23 & 24 of November 2019. The only thing this place was missing was a chalked outline of a body on the floor . The Hot water heater was broken so NO HOT WATER as confirmed by the staff . It would of been nice for the little hermit that owns the place to say something about it but Apparently it had been broken for a while . Please see the photos attached . Steer clear of this disaster..

I stayed here on a school band trip in 2002 and this place was falling apart then. Roaches everywhere... The shower was so dirty none of us showered. I remember how nasty it was all these years later. The place had bed bugs, and all of the mattresses that were being replaced were sitting outside the rooms in the open. Stay away!

Traveling to Florida this was a good place to stop. All we needed was a place to sleep and that's what we go. Yes old, yes needs remodeling but NO BUGS and priced right with friendly staff.

Terrible as soon as I got to the room I wanted to leave. Mold on the ceiling and a hole in the plaster. At least the sheets was clean, fell asleep for 2 or 3 hours and someone called my room. After that, we just left. I would not even give it one star!

The owners are very friendly. Its a great off the grid hotel. We forgot an article and returned 6 days later and they still had it. AlWays a plus. Not the Hilton but great for quiet nite.
