Lock on the door was broken, pin pad outdoor lock instead of key makes it so unsafe. Holes in the bathroom walls, no hairdryer. Shower was peeling. Comforter had burn holes all over it. Very disgusting. Heavy on the UNSAFE especially if you are a woman.

The location Looked a bit scary when pulling in, but the rooms were great, clean and comfortable. The halls were spotless and everything smelled freshly cleaned. I would choose to stay there again in a heartbeat. They have a security guard that keeps patrol. We thought having pass codes instead of cards was a genius move for a hotel. DON'T JUDGE THE BOOK BY THE COVER. Awesome place to get a quiet night's rest.

Oh-no! OYO!||||Great place to stay! (That is, unless safety and cleanliness are high on your list of necessities.)||||Has all the amenities, towels, plumbing, sheets, soap...||The towels were hung up dirty and wet from the last person that stayed there. A toilet, still in its box, was parked in my room. The sheets were FILTHY and the soap was left from who knows when, conveniently left in the soap holder for me. I felt quite special. Oh, by the way, I switched rooms, yet things didn't get better. There was grit in the second tub along with the hand+ me- down soap.||There was a pocket knife and bug killer left in a drawer. The second room was falling in from the ceiling down.||I'm so grateful I was traveling with my own insect spray, pillows and blanket. I set their sheets, blankets and pillows as far away from the bed as I could. I wouldn't touch the bed-skirt. It was, I can only guess, a modern-art like display of blood, cheap wine stains, coffee and cum.||Trash was everywhere in the hall, which had the aroma of reefer mixed with sweaty desperation.||The policy says no pets, but I could smell cat piss. Even if you left your pets behind, you will be bringing some home. (Those aren't apple seeds you see on your mattress.)||||Another patron complained in the morning. The woman at the desk said, and I quote, " You are stupid. If you had a problem last night, you don't get up and tell me about it in the morning. YOU STUPID!" Then she hung up.||||That's true, even after driving twelve hours I complained about my first room and the young man at the desk put me in a different one, which reminded me of an off color joke about the Russian Army:||||Commander Ivan said, "Good news Comrades, today you all get a change of underwear. Sergie, you change with Vlad. Vlad you exchange with Rudolf, Rudolf you switch with Little Rasputin..." and so on. I think you get it.||||||The photos I took will tell the rest of the story.

DO NOT COME HERE. They will tell you they’ll give you a refund but they literally won’t. The moment I seen the room, I walked right back out and asked for a refund. This was not safe nor clean. I literally seen someone climbing into a window since none of their windows have screens. There was black mold in the bath too. How does this business pass to stay running

For the price this place was great! The lady at the counter is awesome! The rooms are clean and I stayed a cpl nights and didn't see any critters! Location is tricky but it's fine. The other guests seem to be homeless perhaps and did get Loud. All in all if you need a room it's a decent inexpensive place to stay and customer service is exceptional.

This place was pretty rough but I was exhausted. 64.00 for the night with a 75.00 deposit. No hot water so no shower. The sink water knob was broken off. Door hook and shower towel rod broken off.. TV remote missing battery compartment back. Bed was good and I found the room to be pretty clean. It was quiet for a Saturday night.

Beware!!! Stayed in Room 177 and it had ants on the nightstands and study table as well as a mirror obviously ripped from the wall just sitting on the floor. Chewing gum stuck to the walls. Washcloths looked like a mechanic's oil change rag, stained and filthy looking. Sketchy characters wandering the halls and around the property. Unattended children kicking soccer balls on the walls and windows outside of our building. To put a cherry on top, we return to our room after a concert to find our door ajar. Luckily, nothing was missing, but it had to be room service as our bed from the previous night was made up and bathroom straightened. Because of the festival in town and the staff's inability or refusal to police the loud noises and banging on the walls we had no other options so we did not make a fuss and quietly left after the second night.

HORROR STORY:
0 stars if possible.

The pictures are so SO SO wrong, we thought it had gone under when we pulled up and that should have stopped us.
We watched reception pick up and hang up the phone 4 time in 10 mins without looking who it was. (It took 15 just for them to write on a post it our room and keypad code)

When we got into the room it was clearly smoked in while being a nonsmoking room, dirty towels, unfinished "repairs" in the walls and bathroom, we sprayed they room down and to make the smell bearable.

And this is all get what you paid for type stuff. The kicker was that night. We had already contacted them and the third party to cancel and get a refund for the second night. What we didn't except was a fire alarm at 1:30am. I barely heard the hall sirens before I woke up my party, packed, and call the front desk.

"Don't leave your room I thik it is a false alarm"
When I asked if the fire department was on their way, suddenly he couldn't understand me and refused to answer.

We left our room. I was in the lobby as the fireman left saying "we are just going to be back here later tonight because their system was never working correctly"

I am BEYOND upset that I was in danger THE WHOLE TIME AND WAS TOLD TO STAY IN THE ROOM.
I honestly want to get lawyers involved.
