Absolutely fantastic dining experience! Staff is friendly and attentive… and FAST! Seriously- we couldn’t believe how quickly our dinner made it to us!

On to the main course: AMAZING! I’m a New England native and somewhat of a seafood aficionado. I was extremely impressed with the freshness and quality of the shrimp and crab combo!

Bubba Jax Crab Shack is a local shrimp, oysters on the half shell & other seafood offered in a down-home atmosphere.
Offerings; Beer, Cocktails, Coffee, Comfort food, Happy hour drinks, Hard liquor, Late-night food, Quick bite, Small plates and Wine.
Our first time here and everything was delicious with a great staff! We will return the next time we are in town.

We stopped here on the way to FL. There were 5 of us in our party. Everyone was so pleased with their lunch choice. I had combo shrimp dinner which was delicious. Two of the ladies had snow crabs, the onion rings & fries were so crispy & tastefully cooked. The other lady liked the cheese grits so well she ordered some to go. Highly recommend this place.

Up date 3/18/25. Finally open after the hurricane. Again it was nice to get some fresh raw oysters. The fish Sandwich was also excellent. By far this is one if the best restaurants to get your seafood action on.

Not gonna lie, I’ve been here 3 times in the past two weeks for the exact same meal. The snow crab dinner, 4 clusters and 2 sides for $36 That’s amazing! The crab is so juicy and the staff are amazing people! I love eating here & love the food!
