An Arizona classic trail! Be sure to do your research before going. There’s lots of info on the 4x4 trail and hiking trail to be found online. You will see lots of other drivers and pink jeep tours. Drivers should generally defer to the pink jeeps and do your best to let them pass. Not recommended for new off-road drivers, but if you have a capable 4x4 then you should add this to your wishlist! Devils staircase at the end was anxiety inducing but honestly pretty straightforward. Went early morning on Super Bowl Sunday and had pretty minimal traffic. Completed in a stock β€˜23 Bronco badlands with 33” tires. Skid plates got some new marks on them for sure.

First hike we did upon arriving in Sedona. A short, scenic hike right by the Chapel of the Holy Cross. Fun to see the Jeeps and mountain bikers on the trail as well. Great views

Very slow going but very scenic! Would donBroken Arrow again and again. We have a 2016 JKU with a 2.5” lift, 1 ton RPM suspension and 33” tires and did this without airing down. A bit narrow in spots but a Tundra could get through. Must do when in the Sedona area!

Easy hike, amazing views with lots of off shoot hikes to do. Definitely a great mountain biking trail. We hiked but we will be back to bike. We came at 7am in July to beat the heat and only saw a few people, several bikers and a atv. Looks like a popular hike. Easy for all levels out and back hike. The bat conservation was cool bonus too.

The 4x4 trail is fun with great scenic views to reward drivers and passengers. The trail isn't too technical so newer drivers shouldn't have a problem so long as they have high clearance 4WD vehicles. The hiking trail follows near the 4x4 trail in many places.

First time driving this trail. Had a blast and will definitely be going again. (Don't be put off by the line of vehicles, that's my off-roading group)
