I'm sorry but this place has mice in the rooms. I only know this because my friend is staying there and I went to visit I told her I'll wait in the car. It is in a good location and my friend says the owner is very nice and is willing to help trusted customers when times are tight. So, I understand why she is there, and it's in Edmond so it's in a good city.

Ok let's start first off my door couldn't lock my door was broken then second I went got something to eat then brought it back to the room starting eating then the whole roach colonies came out like whoa. Third it started raining i woke up my whole room started flooding not going to lie this hotel needs to be shutdown. I mean roaches was all in the hallways every where this place is terrible i would give this place negative -5 stars. This place is very nasty from the bed sheets, towels, microwave and the mini refrigerator they never cleaned it plus the vending machine had expired food.

The staff Ashley & Lance were so good. They really provided 5 star treatment. The motel itself is an older establishment but room was nice, clean and mattress new. It was very quiet and the a/c worked great. We also had a refrigerator and microwave in a kitchenette area. The bathroom clean with a huge tub 2 people could fit on comfortably. They provided fresh towels or anything we needed. I'm grateful for them making our 2 day business trip go smoothly. It is a pet friendly establishment with a small pet fee, which is good to know, so next time we come we can bring our pet in stead of leaving her with the sitter. We know we can bring her next time. Thanks Ashley & Lance.

Everything on the sign that is offered, like cable, jacuzzi tubs, kitchenettes, is a lie! The microwaveonly works sometimes, there's no bathtub at all, just a shower, not even a window but the the mice & glue traps are complimentary! The ONLY redeeming quality has beenthe staff & owners! So warm & friendly, but I pray I'll NEVER HAVE TO COME BACK HERE AGAIN! We're already paying too much for this depressing littlecloset/prison cell & would have to pay am extra $60 a week just to get a room with a Frigginwindow & a regular bathtub so I can bath my 1 year old & & other 2 small childrenwho aren't ready or old enough for showers yet .

They are very friendly rooms are cheap and pretty much clean I had to do a few minor things but nothing to complain about my 15 year old son has his own room and if we are a little late on rent he works with us and doesn't get rude and just throw us out would definitely recommend it

Evicted and had no choice. Small minor maintenance twerks here an there. I stayed a month. Maintenance was constantly fixing things.(not a bad thing with older properties.) Fact is there fixing as they go. Constantly. That says a lot. Owner/manager is very knowledgeable. Honest. And I was late past check out a few times and he worked with me. No other place will give you a minute over. Everything worked. Some updates. Some coming. I mean. Jet tub. Cable. Good cleaning crew. Maintenance on site out working. Manager spectacular character. Least inexpensive price around. Some minor things that if you tell maintenance about. They fix it on spot by time your ready to sleep. Oh. Extermination team came out. He told me it was a monthly thing. Just prevention. Not extermination. Sounds like a damn 4.5 to me. .round up an that's 5
