Very spacious place. Lots of seatings and an upstairs area. The place is designed very intriguingly. It has areas where you can even have some privacy despite how open the area is.
Food is good and coffee is good.

I was looking for a good place to study and get homework done and this was definitely the perfect place, I got more done here in three hours than I had in the last three days. The coffee is delicious, the snacks are perfect, and the atmosphere feels so welcoming. I would come back to this place in a heartbeat!

Great atmosphere with a very open room and places to sit upstairs and down, and outside. Good service and the croissants were nice and flaky ... perfect. The coffee was good but not exceptional.

Largest coffee house in Salem. They have two floors with plenty of seating ideal for remote workers. They also seem to have meeting rooms which are accessible by request

Their coffee and food is not the best but the ambience is excellent. I would definitely come over here to grab a coffee and work for a few hours

Pre covid I liked coming down here. They do have good coffee when you get it.

1) super busy - this matters later

2) order system is currently wonky - most places take a name because yelling out an order for a single coffee doesnt identify whos coffee it is in a room with 50+ people talking.

3) The order calls are pretty quiet in a busy room. Standing right there I could barely hear them enough to understand the order they called out. Also, just proclaiming Scone! Doesnt indicate who's order it is, not to mention orders get stacked up in the same spot unlabeled.

4) I never got my coffee. Waited 10min in line, ordered, and waited 15min as everyone else got their coffee, including those in line behind me.

Now Im not trying to sour this business or the employees, this was just a bad experience and I wanted to give some feedback in the hopes that no one else leaves as frustrated as I was. I used my whole break and then some at work to come down there just to return late and with nothing except $8 less in my bank account. So unfortunately id be rating the "food" off memory since I didnt actually receive what I ordered.

I wont be coming back during my work hours again, maybe try again on a weekend or something when I have time to stand around for almost 30min and ask why my order got skipped.

Just make sure that even if you are ordering to go, you make a lot of time for it I guess.

GREAT coffee, spacious open layout, wonderfully air conditioned for these hot summer days and really a remote worker dream when you don’t want to be at the home office the last few hours… and still want good WiFi 👍🏼. I walked in here for the first time about a month ago when the A/C died on a particularly hot day. The space is great and the coffee even better (the cappuccinos are wonderful!). Brought my laptop here a few times and love the atmosphere. Love this fabulous coffee shop - best coffee in town ☕️ 💕

It’s so pretty and calm in here. HOWEVER. 3.75 For a singular (1) bagel is absurd. In this current economy. Do you not feel shame. Love it here.
