My experience is always good. Small town friendliness.
I just wished they made burgers like they used to years ago. I think the kids need to learn how to season the burger. May just be my old taste buds.

The cashier seemed a bit annoyed when it was our turn to order. However, the food was delicious and the market inside had so many great deals. We do not have any Braums near us and the 4 hour drive was still worth it. Definitely recommend ordering their ice cream or milkshakes!

Wasn't terrible. Definitely needed to be cleaned when I was there. The cashier also wasn't paying attention when taking the order and got things all jumbled up. Causing us to have to come back to the counter after their dinner rush had just hit.

I never write reviews but had to after our last visit. We've been stopping here for several years coming back from the lake and our order is always wrong using the drive though. Every single time. Inside it's fine. We have a running joke that dad will eat the burger/shake that was wrong. It's fine and gives me a surprise. This last time we didn't check our food because there were several people behind us and I didn't want to keep them waiting. Both Diet Cokes were Dr Peppers and one shake was completely missing. I should have noticed so my fault on the missing shake. With a line behind me, two hungry kids and a wife, I wanted to clear out. The burgers were good and moving forward, if we stop here again, I'll brave the wait times and lines inside to make sure we get what we pay for. Again, nice people but we have never had a 100% correct order using the drive though here. I'd guess 50+ visits. Most of the time it's simple mistakes like adding tomato or lettuce. Easy items to take off but this last time I lost money on two drinks and a shake so I decided to write this review.

I like supporting local and saw billboards for Braum’s and found a location convenient to the interstate on a cross country trip.

I was not disappointed. The manager recommended a quarter pound bacon cheeseburger. I got fries with a zesty sauce. The iced tea tasted stale so I asked for fresh and was accommodated.

I drove over 51 miles to get to the nearest Braums, because I've their milk, it's the only milk I can drink. The man that was checking me out was the rudest, but the manager blew him away with his unbelievable unprofessional hateful and I'll informed info, they turned me away and refused to let me type in my food stamp #, because how I've been using it ,do to it being lost at the moment. Told me they can't do it, however they can do it and have before. So I waisted all my gas and a 45 min drive to be refused to use my fs. They were so rude and un willing to help, kinda acted like I was trying to pull a fast one on them for their milk, terrible place I'll never go back.
