This restaurant is amazing.
5 start food (fantastic), service, and atmosphere with the feeling of home. We came on Saturday, and it is a all you can eat buffet with prime rib, chicken carbonara, pork tenderloin, potato bar, and salad bar followed up with a huge dessert bar.
Linnae and the rest of the staff are very professional, and they have a great sense of humor.
All the Christmas trees are beautifully decorated with large and vibrant ornaments.
The ginger bread village was very cool. Unfortunately, we waited too long to see it as some of the parts are falling off. But it still looks cool.

Have not been here for a while. Very happy with our choice. Good food, good service, nice atmosphere.
We had all the appetizers for dinner and was a great "tapas" experience. Fun change of pace.

We went to the prime rib dinner buffet, and it was great. Prime rib was good, and the dessert section was great. Many different varieties. The service was friendly as well.

We went on prime rib buffet night. It was packed but very well organized. You must make a reservation. The food was very fresh and cooked to perfection!

This has always been a very nice place, but the weekend breakfast buffet is terrible, and way overpriced. $21.95 for a breakfast you'd basically receive for free at a national chain hotel is ludicrous.

A beautiful rustic resort !! We took a dear friend there to celebrate her birthday. Our dining experience was wonderful. We had a great waiter and the food was excellent!! I would love to come back for a weekend getaway and enjoy a day at the spa.

As for me and my wife, we think that Brasstown Valley Resort Dining is the best place to go for special occasions or when friends or family are in town. It get high marks in the BIG 3. Food. Service. Atmosphere. We have gone for Sat/Sun Food buffets and think they are a great value for the $$ . The food on the buffet is always really tasty. The desserts are plentiful and yummy. The indoor and outdoor seating is very nice and I think its probably the nicest place in the whole area. About the only thing that I could be negative is the "Special" buffets...Easter, Mothers Day etc. Way Way Way to expensive as well as the service fee when you book. Will not go anymore but will still do the regular buffets.

I wish we did not live so far from this fabulous restaurant. We discovered it while exploring the resort. Our waitress was personable and cheerful. We sat outside which was lovely. The food was delicious. The food, atmosphere and server were top notch!
