Bradley's Catering is such a beautiful place for a reception and the food was phenomenal as well. We had our wedding reception there 2 years ago and still think about the panko crusted chicken and cheddar mashed potatoes combination. We still receive compliments from friends and family on how nice everything was that evening and its all thanks to Bradley and his friendly staff. Our DJ was excited to find out that Bradley's used uplighting that he could sync with his set up. If you're on the fence on which catering or hall to use, you shouldn't be, let Bradley give you a hand.

Recently attended a wedding there. The place was charming, the food was less than desirable.
The chicken for both the rehearsal dinner and the wedding was so tough you couldn't cut it with your knife. The steak had a bazaar squishy consistency. The saving grace was the fresh pasta bar.
If you're going for ambiance choose your menu wisely.

We had our wedding at The Cedars Ballroom on May 28, 2021 and could not be happier. The venue looked beautiful and the food was outstanding. Bradley and his staff are awesome to work with and our entire event went as planned. I highly recommend this venue for your events and we WILL be using it again ourselves

We used Bradley’s Catering for my brothers Sept 4th wedding. The professionalism and customer service was horrible. They not only lost the contract but then wanted to argue day of about times things were supposed to start. We were told 545 the horderves was would ready to go when they were contracted by 530 on the “lost contract”
Then after being told over and over they would be out about 30 minutes after the time they stated they placed them out. Our guest were hungry and we served all cold horderves, so they should have been ready to go the morning of.
Dinner was behind schedule and they only had 2 servers for a 120 person wedding.
Then during dinner they ran out of food for the last ten people and acted like we had too many guests in attendance. Which wasn’t possible considering it was an assigned seat wedding. They then made the guests wait for more food to be “cooked.” It was embarrassing.
The ceremony was onsite and were were told the patio would be “flipped” to accommodate tables, chairs, cornhole and bonfire pits. This never happened throughout our event. We were also promised curtains to be set up by the large windows to keep guests from seeing inside. We did not receive those.
Then we were told because it was a holiday weekend that we could pick up our centerpieces on Tuesday. At the end of the night they told us we had to take everything with us, contradicting the original conversation. They also did not pack up any of our items and that was contracted for their staff to do. I could go on about the terrible service but overall I would not recommend this place to anyone looking for a quality event.

If you want good customer service, like communication and professionalism, this is not the business for you.

My fiancé and I looked to Bradley's to host our wedding reception. Four months before our wedding, we chose to go another route.

The coordinator was fantastic at communicating with us until they received our down payment. Then it was like we were inexistent.

I had to reach out to him for the basics, like scheduling our food tasting and asking for a breakdown in pricing. It took, on average, 2 attempts and 7 days to receive a response for any email.

At the food tasting, the coordinator spent more time talking about the other parties he was planning and telling us how busy he was than discussing what we wanted for our wedding day. None of the specific food choices we asked for was served. We asked a couple perceivably simple questions and were met with resistence. We were also told our meal choice was dull.

After the food tasting, we were told that they would reach out to us 2 weeks before our wedding to finalize any decisions and collect remaining payment. No breakdown in prices were given. No decisions were made on meal options. There was no follow up after the tasting. For a company that requires you to go through them for any decorations, music, etc., this was unacceptable.

When we said we were thinking of going elsewhere due to a lack of communication that led to unnecessary stress in planning our wedding, they took zero responsibility. Instead, their response was "I'm sorry you feel this way."

We feel they only cared about the paycheck, not making the most important day of our lives special.

All in all, there is nothing special about this company. They have good food, but it does not make up for their lack of customer service and professionalism. You're better off going with a company that cares about you.

Attended Breakfast with Santa today and it was nothing short of magical and amazing!! The food was delicious, Santa was genuine and sweet and put on a wonderful performance, the decorations were on queue and the staff was attentive and great! Thank you Bradley's!
