Oh Bo’s, what to say about Bo’s… this place is expert at serving up comforts, of all kinds. The environment is welcoming, cozy, calm, and unpretentious. The bagels are the ultimate comfort, they are made fresh daily obviously and the best bagels I have ever eaten. They never skimp on cream cheese, and the bagels are huge. The falafel and French fries and all of the fixings that you get with them are also divine. It’s really special to have a place like this in the community that not only serves up excellent food, but excellent vibes. It’s like a hug from mom when you need it.

I swear I would move to Bend for this place. Came from Portland to Bend for a long weekend and ate at Bo’s twice — got a falafel bowl for lunch and after seeing their breakfast menu, knew I had to come back.
The falafel bowl was excellent — great toppings, big portions, and super flavorful falafel. For breakfast I got the bacon egg and cheese on a salty honey rosemary bagel, which was possibly the best bagel sandwich I’ve ever had. Eat here!!!

We got breakfast sandwiches for takeout, but unfortunately neither of us liked ours. I got the Seth Rogan sandwich and the "hash browns" in the sandwich were clerk to potato salad (mushy). The sausage patty was a bit bland. Staff were friendly and I liked the decor and atmosphere when walking in to pick up our food. It felt fun and welcoming.
I guess we need to try this place for lunch and stick to the genre of food associated with this restaurant's name.

Yowza, this place is a must when you’re in Bend. Who knew somewhere called Bo’s falafel would have such delicious bagels?! Got the salted honey rosemary with strawberry cream cheese on the recommendation of the amazing Claire at the counter and she did not steer me wrong! Amazing! Probably coming back for lunch today, haha.

Had Salmon and Lox bagel as well as The Seth Rogan. Both delicious, but be prepared if you get the Seth Rogan cause it is hefty. I do think it needed more heat so I asked for hot sauce and they gave me a delicious house made sauce that reminded me of a green chimichurri. It was so yummy and elevated the bagel-which, but I do kinda wish there was bottle of Cholula around somewhere in the building. My wife can't eat dairy and she was able to get vegan cream cheese and she reported that it was a tasty one. Decor was super cute with indoor and outdoor seating, plenty of parking was available, there were single room gender neutral restrooms that were clean and well stocked. Staff was very friendly and overall I had a lovely experience.

Everything was great 💯 spectacular food and ambience. LOVE this place and so excited to have discovered it on our visit to Bend. I’ll be back next time I’m in town.
