Bolivar Coffee is a hidden gem! The food is absolutely delicious, and the coffee is some of the best I’ve ever had—rich, flavorful, and made with care. The staff is warm and attentive, and the service is always top-notch. One of the highlights for me is how dog-friendly they are; it’s such a welcoming spot for everyone, including our furry friends! The decor and atmosphere are stunning, creating the perfect vibe for relaxing or catching up with friends. The owner, Nicolas, is incredibly kind and hospitable—he truly makes you feel like family. This place is a must-visit!

The coffee here is always amazing and the food has been a hit every time! I love their Cardamom Oatmilk Latte and Caramel Latte, their Pumpkin Spice Latte is incredible and their sandwiches are awesome! Great ambiance, consistently friendly and attentive service. They have never gotten my order wrong. 100% recommend!

Bolivar Coffee is a welcoming and warm coffee shop. It is so cozy. Their Spinach Croissants are exquisite. My daughter had the Pastel Conquistador. Their host and manage, Jura, seems to know everyone's name. All their employees, like Sofia, are very customer oriented and hospitable.

It takes me 35 minutes to get to Bolivar, but it's so worth the drive. The atmosphere, the food, the coffee, all of it is incredible. Bolivar is as authentic as it gets, and I've yet to find anything better.

As a Realtor, I often find myself working from various coffee shops around the city. Here at Bolivar Coffee, my go-to drinks here are the **Caramel Mocha Latte** and the **Chai Latte with Caramel**. Both are absolutely delicious!
Whether you're a fellow coffee lover or just looking for a new place to work, I highly recommend giving this place a visit. It's not your local Starbucks but an actual coffee shop and I love it because of that.
It might just be my new favorite coffee shop! 🏡❤️

We were so excited to try Bolivar and in so many ways, it did not disappoint. The ambiance was wonderful, a little slice of Miami in the middle of Georgia. The panaderia had great variety with fresh pan de bono, authentic arepas (con queso!) and other sweet treats that I wish we had brought home with us. You can tell they've thoughtfully curated their food menu and it was a 5/5 in that regard. Sadly, the mocha latte was painfully underwhelming. If Bolivar was a restaurant, I would have been less disappointed, but because it is a coffee shop, I expected a true specialty coffee shop experience and instead, had a latte so terrible (no espresso or mocha taste) that it kind of ruined the morning. :\ Overall, it was a good experience and we would come back for pastries or breakfast, but they have some work to do on the coffee side!

I like trying different places. I tried drip coffee here and enjoyed true Colombian coffee. It is better coffee than the ones I tried in Bogota. They have cozy environment to relax and study. It is located at Publix shopping center that is at the corner of South Cobb Drive and East-West Connector. They have nice selection of cakes, pastries, and some Colombian desserts to try.
