So I've been here several months now and I really love this place. The residents are super friendly and they feel like family. If you need help they are right there. The staff in the office are just so sweet and work really hard to plan activities and just get everything done that makes this place work so well. The staff out on the grounds are friendly and hard working. They stay on top of it. Everything is so clean and kept up well, including the showers that I love. My favorite thing though is the heated pool which I went in for a swim with another Resident after our park Thanksgiving dinner. We just had a turkey/ham dinner together today in the clubhouse. So fun! I seriously could not be happier with the decision to move here. I feel very blessed to be here amongst these people and this park. Home sweet home for us. People often go in and post things when they're frustrated so it's important to remember to do it just because you're happy with it all. Thanks so so much Blue Star and staff!

This RV park is a gem! The office staff and maintenance team are always friendly and helpful. The activities are fun and a great way to meet neighbors. We especially enjoy hanging out on the huge patio with fire pits. We are happy to call Blue Star home!

What a great place to stay. I’ve been here a year with no complaints. The ladies in the office, Michelle and Jody are good people who run the park they are totally awesome . All neighbors are nice as well!! I’m staying…….

This place has been mismanaged for years. Very clear favoritism. Supposedly you can only have 2 vehicles parked at your site. There is one that has several vehicles, several motorcycles, an ATV and a boat. They also park the business truck in empty sites. There are septic issues and HORRIBLE communication unless they want to let you know about the next increase. Renter beware!

I am so happy to have found this park. It is clean, the pool is perfect, the shower room is so nice. The amenities are awesome. Right now they're trimming all the palm trees up they look beautiful. It's obvious that upkeep is important here. The residents have been so friendly toward us. Slinkydog loves the little dog park. I'm so so happy to be here. Michelle and Jodie in the office are so fun, friendly and helpful. They feel like old friends they're so nice. I feel very blessed to be here!!

They’re not honest and how their site rules really are they say it’s a 55+ but that’s not true. There’s kids here there’s crackheads coming in and I’m always finding dog poop by me. I had my electricity being stolen from somebody else plugging into my box complained about it they did nothing. They act like I was just a complainer Now they’re tacking on moore more Bills . Not a good long-term place to live a lot of people are moving out of here .

Heated Pool, Great Clubhouse and Outdoor Seating with Fire Pits, Activities all year, Laundry on site, Dog Park, Clean Showers, Card Room, Billiards.

Recap:
Loved staying here during my RV trip through Arizona! It's mostly long-term stay but they had a few sites open for people like me passing through. Apache junction is such a quaint area and I LOVE the Superstition Mountains! Some of my favorite hiking in the country is in these mountains.

Minus: There is construction on the main road outside of the park but this isn't the fault of the property. Just pay attention when driving by to not miss your turn.

The manager told me that they are adding a Hot Tub and Gym! This will be a huge plus to this location.
