Loved this place last year (more than Kaldis!) but I feel that there is a lack of options this semester and that management has gone downhill. Pastries and many drinks are never in stock. Also there is only ever one person behind the counter so line moves kind of slow. I keep coming back for the people so I hope things improve.

update: Spring semester service has been much improved. There is way more variety in offerings. I especially love Vanilla Dooley and the chocolate muffin. Service is super fast which is good when I am late to class.

I've always liked Blue Donkey and used to drop by between classes for a Danish. This semester, they’ve added more Danish options, my favorite being the spinach and feta one. With these new choices, I'm finding myself visiting Blue Donkey even more.

Very bad service. Used to come here a lot but lately the service has been so bad, the drinks keep getting out of stock and I got spoiled drinks at least twice from this place. The employees are always away from the register dressed up like they are in the gym and chatting with other girls. And she gave me really bad attitude after I asked her if I can get any drinks. Won’t come again

Came in for coffee today and the worker was being extremely rude and dismissive. I felt disregarded as a customer. This place is usually really good, but bad customer service from him is sending it down hill. Not to mention my coffee was horrible.
