On my adventures today I almost passed this little gem 💎 in Conway. As usual the wild flowers caught my attention and the gluten free signs drew me inside for further investigation.
Upon entering I was prompty greeted by all the staff with inviting smiles.
The ambiance was very chill and authentic.
I surfed the menu a minute and then proceeded to ask many questions about ingredients and share my thoughts and visions. After sampling a couple cookies (yes, you heard that correctly FREE SAMPLES) 😆 which was great bc I like to muscle test everything I put in my temple. I chose two kinds of these perfectly plump melt in your mouth sugarfeee pnutbutter and snicker doodle cookies!
My neighborhood bakery is awemazing! They even invited me to do an open table on Saturday with my bliss ball offerings!
Not just a quality heart centered business in town with gluten-free options but an actual co-op minded establishment willing to share space with a conscious creative being like me who is just starting out with a goal to make gut friendly food fun!
If your interested in what a bliss ball is all about come try Vimalas Vittles at the bluebarnbakery on Saturdays from 9-12 beginning in June.

As a family who is entirely Gluten and Dairy free we are so happy to have this gem of a bakery in Conway! All of their baked goods are grain and sugar free, and about half of their offerings are dairy free as well. Their foods are all keto friendly. They also carry a spectacular array of health foods in their store.

I love the aesthetic of the bakery too. So well decorated, super cute! They also have an amazing kid play area! Very relaxing atmosphere. It’s also very spacious!

Don’t miss their refrigerated section! They will sell any day old baked goods at a good discount! They also carry nice drinks like Zevia here. They also have entrees.

Great for people who are gluten free, sugar free, dairy free, grain free, and on a ketogenic diet.

Right across the street from a beautiful park and with a fabulous new thrift store right next to it, this place is definitely worth coming to!

I received an assortment of their cookies as a gift, and WOW!! 🤩 They are absolutely incredible!! I tried the Keto Chocolate Chip Cookie, the Keto Lemon Cookie, and the Keto Butterscotch Pecan Cookie and all three are so dang good!! You will not be disappointed!

Fantastic location with a great staff! This is the only place that I know of in Central Arkansas that stocks and makes great tasting keto desserts, food, drinks and snacks. They have items that they bake them selves along with hard to find store-bought items. The owners are very insightful and helpful! Highly recommend!

Whether you are, are not, or were keto/dirty-keto, this bakery is wonderful. The great tasting and wonderful selection of baked goods here is amazing. Come often, because the selection changes a bit during the week. The environment and staff are very engaging and accommodating. Stay a while, bring your spouse for a fun day-date, you will enjoy your visit!

Blue Barn Bakery is the best! I get lunch there at least 1-2 times a week. The entrees and sweets are so good and they use the best ingredients! Breakfast items are available and just as good! The meals change frequently and I find new favorites weekly! The space is beautiful with lots of local, hand crafted items. The staff is amazing and always super friendly! Go check it out!! I had this dessert yesterday and it was so good, I went back today and got another one! ❤️

This is a beautiful and spacious little bakery coffee shop! Such a nice atmosphere, the best blueberry muffin of my life, great coffee (no espresso machine but the cold brew was great) and a nice selection of health food items that are hard to come by in Conway - good to know if I’m in need. I’ll be back to work or grab coffee with friends. Thankful this place exists in Conway!!

Conway is blessed to have a keto bakery shop and owners that care so much about the ingredients and food. There are sweets, savory, coffee drinks, spices, and some pantry staples that you can get here. They also cater to vegan and dairy free needs. Or can cater to anything in specific upon request. I highly recommend anyone, keto or not, to stop by and give this local shop a try!!
