Came here on a Saturday afternoon, place was practically empty. I arrived 15 minutes after I had ordered ahead, but neither of my items were ready. The four associates behind the counter did not possess an ounce of customer care. Took 40 minutes to get both of our items. For something that was supposed to be a quick bite, it took ages, and the food was not on par with past experiences here. Avoid if you are looking for a quick bite, but if you feel like rotting an hour of your day away, go here.

Also will add bathrooms were atrocious, there was an entire hand towel roll clogging the women’s restroom.

They have a new crew working now and they are by far the friendliest, and most attentive group of staff that's ever been here. The pizzas are great, and they have great vegan pizza too!

The atmosphere is loud. That's literally the only downside.

I online ordered a two toping pizza with pepperoni as the only meat topping and this is what I received. This is extremely insulting that the workers involved believed this was acceptable to serve to someone. I’m extremely dissatisfied and disappointed with the service which I believe is a big issue with this establishment.

Went over here a couple times. The first time I went over here I ordered a barbecue chicken pizza which was okay, there are better spots. They have plenty of seating in the store that is pretty spacious. The wait time is pretty long and it's way too long if there is a line. Sometimes when there are 10 or more people the staff confuse orders or take a long time. I would avoid this pace unless they have some kind of deal going on.

It's a fantastic little place to have a pizza. The highlight is the "make your own pizza" with tons of different toppings. The staff will make it for you, but you can see the wide selection of toppings that can be chosen. On my vist some of the toppings were spilled over into the bin of the neighboring topping so if you have food allergies or are worried about cross contamination, it may not be for you.

The whole family was able to each order and individual pizza. Each pizza was made individually and placed in the oven, all in sight of the customers.

Pizza was tasty and delicious. I had the thinner crust.

I place an online order here weekly as my autistic son loves it. EVERY SINGLE TIME, there is a problem with the order, typically they're running 30+ minutes behind, or they miss the order entirely. You come in, stand at the register while the staff actively ignores you. It is always busy, not because of customer volume, but because the staff is disorganized, so I always allow for an extra 20 minutes from my order time, NEVER ready on time.

Good value and yummy taste. We had the Green Stripe. Fast service and pretty friendly staff. Your personal pizza will be ready in under 10 minutes. There may be a line around dinner time. Dine in or take out.
