First time to a Black Rock Coffee Bar. Store was clean with nice seating area. Fast friendly service. My iced Mexican Mocha was good 😋

Amazing coffee. However, your patio chairs and tables need to be wiped down as part of your opening side work. If a customer has to wipe down a chair in order to be sat outside, that's totally ridiculous.

Came in around 645 today (11/27) and the coffee and muffin were really good. But what was really impressive were the two guy baristas working the window. Fast work, effective communication and teamwork was nice to see. Presumably one is some type of manager but if they're not maxed out for their pay rate they should be

Black Rock is still not my cup of anything. Not a fan of their tar coffee, and now not a fan of their too sweet hot chocolate. Met a friend. Next time I'll insist on someplace else.

I really do like coming here this place is relatively new to Tucson within the last year so that I know of. Buy favorite drink that I always get is the iced Irish coffee it just has a wonderful taste and I really do think the coffee taste better than Starbucks. He can also get an extra shot of espresso for only $0.80 more. The drive-thru here is really fast... I go to this specific location quite a bit because it is convenient to me. It is right on the corner of Campbell and Broadway so it's easy to see. I usually recommend going to the drive-through because it is faster unless you want to sit down and enjoy your coffee and maybe study or do some paperwork or just sit in quiet. They do have a nice patio on the outside that has a huge umbrella that gives you good shade but usually during the summer it's too hot to sit out there but spring and fall and warm winter days are perfect sit out there. The inside area is relatively small I think they only have about five or six tables they do have a large table in the back for group studies or bigger parties. The reason I say it's better to go to the drive-thru is because when you go inside they definitely give priority to the drive-through and you could find yourself standing at the counter for quite some time before they find time to break away from the drive-thru to take your order but it's not that big of a deal I've never had to wait more than 10 minutes before they were able to get my order. The staff here is usually very cheery they try to make small talk with you and you're always smiling and their upbeat so I really like that and it is a relatively younger staff so they have lots of energy. The cool thing is they also carry pastries from local cafes instead of just buying from a supplier. They have more than just coffee they have some juices and some infused Waters of different kinds of flavors but they don't have that big of a menu...

I’m a very positive person and for me to actually take my time and do this it has me
Appalled the service today was a super bad experience the young lady with beautiful platinum blonde hair no name tag but she had on black shirt with a white pumpkin in the back had such a nasty attitude from the intercom not working properly and her not taking my order correctly after I said twice at the window and she gave me nasty look when I try replace after paying for the incorrect one and she said I’m NOT going to give to you for free ! With nasty look I said I’m asking her to make my correct and I would pay for it I didn’t ask for it for free- I heard her heavy breathing. It just made my morning heavy. All my order is simple-
One (small regular coffee with Hal and half) ! This is a 1st ! Oh and she ended giving me the wrong order for free she made me a hot latte when all I wanted was hot regular coffee with half and half 2sugar! She just had to slow her day and listen to customers ! I hope she is having a great day!
