Possibly the worst blackrock I've ever been too. They provide Terrible service, always in a rush to get back to socializing with each other instead of making orders correct. and when they make a drink incorrect, they lie to your face and say it's they way it's made. When you ask them to remake it the way you asked, they usually developed an attitude and put minimal effort into the remade drink. I've been to at least 8-10 other black rock coffee bars, and I can absolutely tell you that this one is the worst of them all.
If I could rate this place with zero stars, I most definitely would. If HR or corporate reads this, I would highly consider laying these people off, and hire new people who aren't biased and pick and choose when they want to put in the effort. I myself work in customer service and I provide each and every customer with respect and the best I can do, so that I display fantastic public relation skills and make my company look great. Now I have to travel around 35 minutes to order from a further black rock, or just go to dutch bros for 100% honesty and professional customer service.

Stopped at this location for the first time. I purchased a Caramel Blondie blended which was a real treat! Service was awesome, staff is super friendly and kind. Drive-through was pretty busy but they were making drinks super fast and the line surprisingly moved very quickly!In the BiMart parking lot right next to Wells Fargo Bank.

I usually never have a problem when I get my original order at other locations. This is the only location that doesn’t understand what a breve is. It is definitely irritating that 90% of the time it’s wrong. Or they argue with me that a white chocolate and hazelnut breve is a white out. But a white out to them is just white chocolate and 2% milk.
So I never get hazelnut in my drink and it isn’t made with half and half. If they are going to be in this industry then they should know how to make different types of coffee.
And more times than once’s the coffee is burnt.

Love the caramel blondie. Just wish they wouldn’t be so skimpy on the caramel especially when you ask for extra and let em know you like candy coffee 😉

Me and my roommate and friend all got the breakfast burritos and sandwiches yesterday to try them for the first time all three of us got horrible food poisoning. Nobody can get out of bed or off the toilet…

Every time I’m in town I hit this place up every morning. Great seasonal flavors if you’re into sugary drinks, but they also have other beverages and classics coffee with less sugar. The drive through moves very fast. I love the Mexican mocha

I love this location! The coffee is always amazing. It's the only coffee that does not mess with my tummy. Always have the most friendly ladies in there. I have been to a few places that sometimes the ice tastes weird, almost like old ice or chemicals. But never at this location
