I stopped in with my partner and roommates for dinner, food and service was exceptional as always. We had the pleasure of Mrs. Amber taking care of our table, and I couldn't recommend her more. Our needs were met with a sense of urgency and care, thank you again Black Angus team 🙂

Our waitresses Cassandra , but she was incredible, she was super attentive and especially given it was our first time here, gave us the space we needed to order, food looked and tasted amazing

We got the campfire feast for two,

Pepsi and Dr-pepper for drinks
Dragon fruit and Strawberry margarita

For our starter we got the garlic-peppered zucchini
Two 12 oz ribeye
Our sides were grilled asparagus and a loaded baked potato
For our desert it was the big mountain fudge cake

And it was all so so yummy

Went all out with the Tomahawk for two meal. One of the best steaks I've ever eaten. Highly recommended if you got the funds. You won't leave hungry.

When you make a booking on a popular day, expect to be seated at least 30 minutes over your booking time. The manager explained to us that when people call to make a booking, it is not synced to the online system, so every time frame is double booked.
They also clearly state on their website that they proudly serve Choice grade meat, yet they charge Prime meat prices.
My steak was over cooked and yes I was offered for it to be redone but I refused because it took over half an hour for our meal to be brought to us. The rest of my table would have finished eating before my remade meal got to me.
I used to love this place but not anymore, totally disappointed.

We have been dining at this location for many years. We have never had a bad experience. Most of the time, we sit with Roy. We tried some of the newer items on this visit, and we loved the new lobster au gratins. They go perfectly with the BBQ ribs.

The food was super delicious. The steak tastes very good better than some other well known steak house restaurants. The waiter was awesome. Very attentive to our request and questions. I give him a 10 out of 10 as well for the restaurant.

I will start by saying I am a transplant from Northern California and the Black Angus experience there was horrible in all aspects on 3 separate occasions.

I had not eaten at a Black Angus for almost 10 years. Moved to Goodyear in 2022 and the wife and I decided one day to try the Black Angus located on McDowell in Goodyear.

We have eaten there at least 8 to 10 times and the food and service always exceeds expectations. The Manager Alice is always friendly and makes time to speak with us every time. She gives us mom vibes and is very personable. Our favorite waitress is Victoria hands down.

Victoria is an exceptional waitress, but most of all a wonderful person. Victoria like Alice takes time to talk with us even though I know she is busy.

I hope someone from corporate will see this and acknowledge them both. Respectfully, Mr. Phil Ordonez .
