While staying at Bluebird Estate, Laura (one of the estate’s owners and owner of Bittersweet Cakes and Catering) treated us to several meals. There were two highlights that stand out in my mind. The first is that she prepared two meals that included delicious dishes for my son, who is vegan. The second is that she prepared a yummy cake for my birthday!

My husband and I have enjoyed several events catered by Bittersweet Cakes and Catering. From beautifully crafted charcuterie boards to unique appetizers and delicious main courses, Laura never disappoints. Let's not forget about dessert. My personal favorite are her Truffles. No wait, chocolate covered cherries. Come to think of it, there was a chocolate cake she once served that was to die for so I'm not really sure which is my favorite after all.
At any rate, I highly recommend Bittersweet Cakes and Catering.

Laura and her team went above and beyond! The food was amazing and she even took note of our gluten restrictions and made items that everyone enjoyed. Presentation was also top notch. She never disappoints and is so easy to work with for any size occasion. Highly recommend her and I will definitely use again!
